Jenn was our leasing agent/tour guide. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and personable. We loved the community and we were beyond impressed with the features and amenities. The rent is considerably higher than others we have looked at, but the price can be justified with the luxury you’re getting. We decided to choose another community due to the fact that Allure does not offer outdoor storage (detached garages) to hold our current homes’ garage and shed items. The cost of a separate storage unit with the high rent of Allure was beyond what other communities with garages would have been

My wife and recently moved to Allure Apartments and we are very happy that we did. Best value all the way around. The best part about living in Allure Apartments to us is the very responsive and super professional staff from Ms. Katlynn and the team in the front office to Mr. Mike in facility maintenance. They resolved our issues on or the very next morning right away. We strongly recommend Allure Apartments to everyone.

Michael was very helpful in setting up a new smart thermostat that I had ordered. He came in after I had submitted a maintenance request, and checked in multiple times to ensure that the installation was proper. Very impressive!! I have been staying over a year Allure. Great apartment and amenities.

Curtis was a big help! Very prompt with response, he was at my apartment about an hour after I submitted a maintenance request. He was very friendly and stayed late to help fix a problem past his shift. Brian, the manager, is always very friendly and helpful. Best experiences I have ever had with any maintenance staff out of all the apartment complexes I’ve ever lived in !

Allure Apartments in Centerville OH are absolutely the best. The leasing agent Abby and the property manager Gillian were fantastic. They were so patient with my wife and I through the tour and the process. We love everything that Allure Apartments has to offer to its community and can’t wait until we move in! I have lived here for a year and have loved every minute of it. The apartments are beautiful, the amenities are wonderful, the office staff is so helpful and kind and nice. Any time I need any kind of maintenance help, they are here as quick as they can be. The location makes it easy to get almost anywhere. The shopping center is close by and we have a special walkway to walk over there from the apartments where are there is restaurants, sports bars and shopping. I highly recommend the apartments.

Horrible, they use your money, first the charged my card after they denied my application. They said it was not based on credit but never called my job or past residence , they just declined in second, which had to be based strictly off credit. after they charged my card they told us it would take 2-3 weeks to get our money back by mail. Holding… fee is supposed to be hold the appartment, not enlarge their bank account. They could of returned it to my card. After waiting 3 weeks, I call them and they tell me now it's gonna take 30-45 days to refund my holding fee. This is ridiculous. These
