One of the best places I’ve ever lived. Jennifer the head manager, is always there to answer any questions and help with any concerns. Maintenance is always a call away with any issue. A great area and atmosphere. 5 miles away from everything you could possibly need. If you’re not familiar with the area, this is a great spot to get to see everything with just a few miles away.

Location: 4 convenient near base, the mall, and a small plaza with several activities whether its drinking, training, eating, massages, or throwing axes its a 4 minute drive away.
Aesthetic: 3 Lazy paint job and flooring and needs better lighting this is the worst I’ve got to say about it.
Staff: 5 <— kelly is amazing and greg is very helpful I almost signed a lease here again after my deployment during quarantine but jennifer is full of customer repellent so I took my business elsewhere.
Services: 5 super helpful very quick to fix issues. Kelly handles everything perfectly, definitely needs

It was a great place to live. The office staff is helpful when there are issues and maintenance is typically quick about closing out requests. The location is nice and there is a running/biking trail close by. If you are more motivated by food than running (that's me) Jets ice cream is down the street and there are all sorts of restaurants nearby.
