I'm not even a tenant at The Wynds yet, but I wanted to post a review about how helpful, warm and kind Mrs Kelly Kubiak has been since I've shown interest in moving to The Wynds Apartments.
She has the the kindest voice and so easy to talk to 😊
I expressed to her that I'm interested in living someplace I can call home and feel safe for the next 5-10yrs.

I wrote a review 5 months ago about the gross hallways which I can now say are still in the same awful shape. Last month a previously attempted repair in the second bedroom ceiling started leaking. It forced my roommate to have to relocate for two weeks while roofers came out to patch the roof. It's been over a month now since this issue occurred and the Wynds still haven't finished the job. If I can even get the property manager to respond to me, which is my biggest frustration, maintenance just no shows and nobody communicates what's going on. Upper management was absolutely no

My sister and I just resigned our lease for another year. Rent was upped and now instead of all utilities except dp&l being included in rent (extra $50) another company sends us a bill and it’s not per unit, you’re paying 1/4 of what 4 other unites around you spend on water and such. And it says we should conserve water to lower our bill. But if you are sharing that bill with a tenant with a bunch of kids good luck. Doesn’t seem fair. These are not luxury apartments, but for what you pay, you get a good deal. The buildings are older, so you can't expect them to be fancy. Central air was a huge bonus for me. I didn't expect that, given the age of the apartments and the lack of central air for most of the places in the area.
My carpets were clean and seemed pretty new. The neighborhood was safe. What really makes an apartment complex is the management and you don't get better than Michelle. Anything at all that came up, she helped me out. She went above and beyond on a number of occasions.

I've had bad apartment management and mediocre apartment management, but none of them have been as amazing as Michelle. This place has been great for me and my boyfriend and she's very open to helping us with every obstacle we encounter. I highly recommend you consider living in this apartment complex if you're interested. The units are spacious for the price, pet deposit and rent is reasonable, not to mention you're 15 minutes from almost everything in Dayton. Even though they were built in the 70s management is constantly taking action to improve quality of life in our community. We really like

Cabinets in kitchen and bathroom missing, tiles missing in bathroom, we have no bedroom door, no closet door, bedroom window glass popped out, hallway smells like garbage and weed, and management is VERY unorganized.

I lived here for over a year. The apartment had more than a few problems while i lived there, one being so bad that the maintenance had to use a jackhammer in the hallway to fix the problem. They didn't fix up the hallway for over a week. Another time, Our shower had broken, and they started to fix it the moment we called them, but didn't come back for 3 weeks to fix it. For 3 weeks, my 3 roommates and I had to find places other than our apartment to shower. Another time, we had problems with our dishwasher, and maintenance fixed it right away, but left the dishwasher standing out of it's compartment
