Do not hire Randall Berg to manage your propery. As an owner of a condo, within a property he is responsible to manage he's been unresponsive and does not have a bias for action on behalf of his clients. A little proactive communication can go a long way, especially in a crisis. He is either incapable of the demands of property management or just doesn't care.

Mr. Berg has been my landlord now for nearly 5 years since we have moved to America. He is very resourceful and has always treated me right. My family enjoys it when he stops by if we have a problem with the plumbing or with the stove. He is always in good moods and calls my disabled son, "Miguelito", which he very much enjoys. I highly refer this man.

I rented with Randell for at least 10 plus years, he was the best landlord I could have ever had. When I needed repair he was there. Rent increases were at a low. He understood if I needed a few extra day's to pay my rent and with no late charge. This company was and still is the best in my eyes and randell himself is a wonderful person.

I was stuck with this place after the owner of the house we stayed at did the bait and switch on us. The second we had problems with the house (raining in the kitchen on the first floor and into the bathroom to the point of black mold and rotting to the point of almost falling out cabinets) they avoided us entirely. Randall himself is shamelessly smug, arrogant, and condescending besides. We were given 30 days to move with no other warning. They could care less if my 8 and a half months pregnant daughter had anywhere to go because they are less than human. My feces has more integrity than these

Randall Berg is a liar and a cheat. Unfortunately, I rent directly from the owner of the condo that is managed by this awful management company and getting anything done is a nightmare! We have been living in an unsafe unit for more than a YEAR despite frequent requests via email, telephone, and in person to have it fixed. Now that they have started construction we still are being forced to stay in the unit despite unsafe and unsanitary conditions. They also owe us money from more than 6 months ago when they wrongfully towed a car and half of the building codes are being violated. DO NOT go to

These negative reviews are absurd, or at least, nothing I've ever experienced. I have been working with Randall and team for nearly two decades. Incredible service. Randall himself showed up with wrench in hand one Christmas eve when my wife had a sizable plumbing issue. Happy to say he fixed it in no time!

I highly recommend not using Randall Berg and Associates! 15 months ago we moved to Texas and needed someone to manage our rental house in West Seattle. Randall Berg let our utilities stack up for five months and we were receiving notices from the utility companies. It was a fight the whole time to get Randall Berg and Associates to assist us and being that we were in Texas it was very difficult to resolve our issues. We were charged several hundred dollars in property management fees including a $500 set up fee. Upon our return the house was left in horrible condition the yard was overgrown the

The horror stories I have heard about this property management group would make your head spin. Think twice before working with this company. From the customer service being rude, to them not responding to tenants in a timely fashion, to the property being so unsafe that property is stolen and apartments broken into. I have never seen anything like this before. If you have the patience to deal with poor service and can afford the legal fees you will likely need to utilize to get any action, then this is the service for you. Consumer BEWARE!!
