Great manager Jennifer King she is a asset to your company she goes out of her way personally to help us out with anything that we need Mrs. McNair also helps in the same way This is the best management of any place I have ever lived and it’s always clean

Love these apartments so much that I keep coming back!! Great management never had any issues… Jen and Laquisha will definitely take care of you . Maintenance is always on top of everything. Very quiet and most importantly no problems with bugs !!! You won’t be disappointed

I would like to say i am very pleased living here. I was here at first from 2014- 2018. I recently moved back in here August of 2019. Jennifer, laquisha, especially Danny he's a great maintenance guy always prepared and fixes any problems efficiently and effectively. Hes great to talk to as well. The past staff & current staff have always been great, they are very helpful, caring, respectful, very easy going, very understanding and always looking to help in every way possible and, always have there tenants back no matter what. Anytime i have had an issue or a problem the entire staff always solves

I just came here to reiterate what others have said already. The staff here is top notch. I was at my wits end when looking for an apartment in the area, and nearing desperation. Then I walked into the front office of Three Rivers Landing. Mrs Mcnair took fantastic care of the entire process. We spoke on a daily basis until we were approved. I can't begin to thank her enough for her professionalism, and drive to get the job done. Just a pleasant experience all around. Would highly recommend 10/10!!

Great experience with office staff and maintenance. Never had a issue that wasn’t handled right away. Clean and nice apartment complexes . Lived here when I first moved to the Coast in 2012 and lived through 2014 with no problems!! I would highly recommend.

I love this place it's so nice and worth my money.. The staff is so nice and willing to help how ever they can.. I got approved in two days.. I wish there was more people like these at other apartments..

I relocated from the North and the whole process was nice and easy because the staff are as nice as you would hope the southern folk would be. The apartments are beautiful and spacious rooms. The maintenance are very dependable. Schools are close and grocery stores. Libraries. And fire station. Not so close to hospital but urgent cares are close
