The current staff are absolutely amazing! They are on top of things when it comes to the residents needs and will bend over backwards to get things done as quickly and efficiently as possible! I wasn't sure what it would be like to move into a condominium complex in this more suburban community, but I am extremely pleased with my experience living at the Rollingwood Condominiums.

Terrible upstairs neighbors, when reported to management they stated they could do nothing since the apartment was owned by outside party. Requested to be provided owners information to contact, never received information. Neighbors are loud all hours through the night constantly stomping, banging, slamming and just plain being obnoxious. Management refuses to even attempt to contact the owner of apartment. Don't rent here. Especially if it's a downstairs apartment.

We have been here for a little over a year now and recently we had a issue with our a/c going out. The office responded quickly in resolving the issue but the real star is the maintenance gentleman Robert. It ended up not being a quick fix because the whole a/c needed to be replaced and Robert steadily worked hard for a week installing it. He also provided us with a portable unit while the a/c was being replaced. I really appreciated Robert's hard work and making sure everything was running smoothly before finally finishing. So far, our experience with the complex has been great.

Only stayed for a couple of months, while waiting for home to be built. Really good experience, staff and maintenance crew go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. There were a couple of small problems and Jerry came right out to take care of them. He was genuinely interested in making sure everything was right for my condo.

We have loved living here at the Rollingwood Commons. It is in a great location backing up to a green belt and easy access to the bike trail! I have small children and we have loved that the complex is set back from the main street and is full of beautiful green grass the kids can play on. The summers we are at the pool everyday and it is always clean and pleasant.
The management has been great and have gotten all of our requests done promptly. Our neighbors have also been quiet and kind and we have made great friends. Overall it has been a great experience living here.
