Hey orchard we don’t want the gate that’s ignorantly designed, cameras are cheaper and we don’t want to pay for a garage we want you to put all this money you’re wasting into improving the quality of the homes we live in. How about you get rid of these fossils some might call “single pane aluminum windows” that mold every winter and give us dual pane windows so we don’t have to live in a mold infested home. Worst rental experience in my lifetime. My car was broken into 2 times. There is constant homeless on the property. There was a knife attack on my front porch last year, management didn’t even clean the blood off of the sidewalk. There was a dumpster fire last summer. Ants and constant moisture leaking into the bedrooms. The complex is constantly under construction and it’s Expensive! The front office manager Julia is completely inconsiderate and doesn’t care that this is your home and the property owners have neglected many concerns. The best thing about the place is the maintenance staff

Do NOT move here. I am a current resident and stuck here. It is over priced, appliances are out of date and loud, smoke and 02 detectors were removed and not replaced during last years inspection and we have currently been without hot water to our building for the past four days with little to no concern from management. Look elsewhere!

Great place to live. The community is quiet and safe, management is responsive and friendly, and the community is well maintained. Management is quick to respond to emails, phone calls, and maintenance requests. Close to public transportation, freeways, and several grocery stores. Also very close to Root River Parkway and a lot of cool old Wisconsin bars and restaurants.

Lived here for 6 years with my wife and 2 kids, we love it, its peaceful and quiet, all my neighbors are nice and respectful. The management have always been super nice and worked with me with any situation, wither it was for late rent, or holding my kids bday in the rental house by the pool. I'm reading all these one star comments and I'm shocked. I'm either lucky to not experienced what they have or something? I'd recommend this place to any close freind or family

I moved to this complex in January of 2015. I moved out at the end of July, 2020. I dont know why there are all these negative reviews on here. My thoughts of apartment complexes weren't great before I'd moved here because I had only ever been in bad ones. Even cleaning pools for other companies it was always bad complexes where residents throw TV's in the pools and broken glass everywhere. The manager is awesome! AWESOME! (I know you read these, Deb!) and the maintenance staff was always great in the 5 and a half years I lived there. When I took a tour it was in December and it was raining like

Horrible management. Lived there for 2 years, always on time with rent, kept place nice, and cleaned well when we moved out. I knew I would be getting some of my $400 deposit taken for cleaning and what not, as usual, but I ended up owing $300.00!!! On top of my ENTIRE deposit not being returned. They stated the apartment had smoke in the carpets, which we have never smoked. I was shocked they had treated us this way. I tried fighting the money situation but it was no use. I believe they were remodeling our apartment and wanted the extra money to help with costs. BS. Would NEVER recommend these

At first, I LOVED this place. The complex, the staff... Everything seemed perfect. I wanted to move in right away. I was told a tenant would DEFINITELY be moving out JUST in time for me to move in with my family. Well, that's when the trouble started. To put it simply, they gave me false information & urged me to pay the $80 application fee right away (before securing the apartment). So I did. At the LAST minute, they informed me that the tenant wasn't moving out after all & I was out of luck, but promised to refund my $80. It has been a month now, & no refund. And now, no matter what time I call
