Coyle Creek Apartments

Half the time they are out of stock of so many items or they move items and your can't find them. Stocking should be at night not during rush hour

I currently live here, have been for almost a year now and everything is great! most people who live here are friendly. love that the creek is accessible, also the gym and dogwash station.

To be completely honest, The prices for these apartments are over priced. I tried at least 10 times to contact manager to no avail. My daughter and I finally went there at normal business hours and the matinance guy said she wasn't in. So we called the number on the window and still Never ever received a call back at least. So good luck with this apartment complex.. Very let down

I have interviewed staff and I was told that it was explained to you that you could submit an application with the application fee and you could also submit a $200 holding fee to reserve a unit. These are separate, I was told you quickly interpreted this to be a requirement, I was told that staff tried to attempt to explain that we are happy to take your application and the holding fee was not a requirement, just a means for you to reserve a unit – however, I was told by staff that it could not seem to get a listening ear/this explanation was not being heard.

Lived here for a few months with my ex and was very pleased with the apartments. Didn't like living right next to Madison Ave but over all was very pleased.

The staff here was really nice upon arriving I was greeted with a tour of the complex they have really great amenities also a dog wash they really accommodate tenants who have pets it's a great place to live

I like how the community is coming together to make it a better more desirable place to live and work.
