WARNING!! Do not apply here !! I applied over a month ago and I am still waiting for my holding deposit refund. Apparently calling the manager wasn't an option because "he's too busy to answer " I have been calling and calling and they are giving me the run around with why my check is taking so long to be mailed to me. Also To quote one of the ladies which I believe is Maddison in the office "it's above her pay grade " to pretty much deal with this . which is just plain rude to say !!! So glad I didn't move in here to deal with that kind of attitude!!

We have lived here now about 6 months or so and I have now been harassed by three security officers telling me that I am not allowed to be on a property that is connected to our property that there is no sign saying that which is which and telling me that if I don't go to my apartment that I will be told to leave the property.
Now that it's going about on our 7 month living here I can't wait until our lease is over to get out of here when and if we do decide tonight or decide to renew are lease is up to my wife the security company here are wannabe cops and the cops with citrus heights PD are

😀 I recommend Creekside Colony Apartments because is a very beautiful Apartment Complex with the best location in Citrus Heights, California, with the Sunrise Mall at the door, nice Restaurants, Shopping centers, everything is very close and specially their maintenance crew and leasing office staff, with the best service, and friendly atmosphere.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! Worst customer service ever. I had put a holding deposit and gave them my card information and as soon as I went In to look at MY apartment, he said that he actually had someone already put a holding fee on it??? After he talked to me on the phone 5 different times telling me it was off the market for me specifically. After all that, they tell me they have no other availability and will not lower any prices for the inconvenience. Worst customer service ever!

Do not live here!!! The place is really going downhill. Homeless people going through garbage almost daily. Leaving garbage all over the place and it rarely gets cleaned up. They break in the laundry room and do laundry and even wash their children in the laundry sink. Lots of homeless people jump the fence and go swimming in the pool at all hours. Our neighbor saw them skinny dipping at 1am a few nights ago. I have told management about some of these occurrences, but they do absolutely nothing about it. Not sure who the manager is, but he or she obviously doesn't care about his job or the property

Okay this may be rather long but it is worth reading if you are thinking about moving to this complex....
I moved here a year and a half ago. At first the complex seemed really nice and quiet. The unit was pretty and updated and the office lady whom I spoke with was very kind. What I thought was a huge score in finding a great complex was a horrible mistake. Everything you think is positive about this place is a facade.
Within a month of living here there had been 4 different crimes. Cars broken into, including my neighbor whom had lost all of his processions, money and radio. The unit across

Lived here for a year and a half. Had a decent amount of maintenance issues that weren't always taken care of in a timely manner. I was stood up for my move out date (I moved out earlier than my lease expired but still paid for the full month) and given no information and now they are stating they can't find my move out file. Good experience moving in but moving out is proving to be difficult even though I did everything right on my side. Definitely keep a record of everything with this place.

I moved into the complex in September and this place is a hidden gem. It is so safe and quiet. I have an oversized back yard that is big enough to plant a lawn. Everything I need is within walking distance and the apartments are well maintained. Many of the units are nicely upgraded and i have never had a need to call maintenance. I highly recommend this complex!

We just had a dishwasher issue, so I walked over to the office to let Ryan know I would need maintenance help. He was as he always is very professional, welcoming and friendly. Ryan let me know that Josh, our maintenance man would be there today to diagnose the problem. Josh came to my apartment promptly, cheerfully, and with a solid work ethic. Josh was very respectful and thorough in his inspection of the dishwasher unit. He was also able to establish a very satisfactory and rapid timeline to resolution. I couldn't be more pleased with this interaction as my wife and I are new parents and life

My sister just moved here. First thought? Adorable little cluster of small buildings tucked away behind a woodsy cove off Sunrise Blvd. Creek running through it with a big bridge and it's own little park for your pets.
Very nice and accommodating management. Maintenance is really cool. Prompt with repairs if needed.
Highly recommend. She got an apartment right next to the pool. There's two by the way. Just redid the spa . the grounds are clean and just so cute

My experience with this particular management is the most positive ever.
I scarcely hang up the phone reporting a maintenance request, when Josh, the Maintenance Supervisor, appears at my door. I am treated like family here, which is extraordinary. I believe this atmosphere creates a closeness among the neighbors and we look out for each other.
Speaking of Josh, he seems able to repair practically anything.
We have had garage sales, pot lucks and free breakfasts. It's the closest thing to a community I have found short of having an actual community room. Even the key chain they provide says

THE WHOLE MANAGEMENT TEAM IS AMAZING. The unit was clean and beautiful and the pool was amazing. With EVERY request I had, the entire team; maintenance man Josh, Managers Mae and Michael as well as assistant manager Lexi jumped every hoop I put them through with FLYING COLORS. They are creating some very good karma for themselves by treating everyone who walks through their office with their loving respectful and helpful spirits. Creekside colony has a great friendly staff who are very detail oriented. They were so great with helping my boyfriend, our dog, and I find the right apartment for us. May and Alexandra worked fast and didn't take there time on updating us about our approval and helping us with all the paperwork. They made it as quick and painless as possible. This was a huge help considering I have 2 jobs and my boyfriend lives out of town. Josh worked fast as well getting us brand new carpet in our apartment and making it move in ready in record time. Not only is the staff great. It's a beautiful property
