If I could give negative stars I would. This is the absolute WORST experience I have ever had in my life. The apartments are beautiful and reasonably priced but the staff is horrendous. From the day we signed the lease the office staff kept threatening to cancel our lease because because they did not receive paperwork. The paperwork THEY forgot to have us complete when we were physically in the office. They make mistakes almost constantly and then expect you to rectify it immediately. I've lived at the fountains for over 5 years now. I guess I wasn't into reviews online but this place is a little overdue for one and I think it's time I should share my experience at this lovely place that I've called home for years. I love this place. The minute I drove pass by it I knew I wanted to live here. I never have a problem since I moved here. Maintenance crew are the greatest. I would like to start by saying that the appearance and cleanliness of the complex is very nice. My apartment is also very nice compared to others I have lived in. That being said my vehicle was broken into and over 3k worth of tools were stolen. We're suppose to have security patrol but they don't do anything besides call and get your car towed away, which cost 400 dollars to get back. Granted I was parked illegally but if the complex had enough parking it wouldn't be an issue. If you own 2 cars don't move here you will never be able to park. Also make sure there no valuables in vehicle overnight

Went and toured the apartments in mid December when the rate was $1,300 or so. Told Denise we would check out one more complex from the same owner or property manager, then call her back if we chose Fountains. Well, we tried calling to choose Fountains, and no one answered. Let a voicemail, no return call was made. Couldn't get in contact again, so we figured they filled the units. Well, Denise finally emailed me and acted like she knew nothing about the call, which I suppose is possible if a coworker didn't let her know. Well, now the rates are up to over $1,500 a month! We lived at the Fountains for 2 years & I really enjoyed it! The maintenance staff responds in a timely manner & the grounds are really beautiful, which makes it a great place to come home to. I took one star off because it is very difficult to park here if you have more than 1 car (you get one covered spot). If you come home after 8, you're pretty much out of luck. Also, yes the rent raises when your lease is up, but that's pretty typical. I will say, it raises astronomically if you're needing to go month to month, so that is lame. Anyways, I have always felt very safe here. People commenting

Worst apartment my family has lived at yet. Ever since Ashley left it's been a terrible experience. Leslie is a nightmare to deal with. The new lady is rude, and overall very unpleasant to deal with. We don't know her name because she has never introduced herself to us when we go in. The parking is a JOKE!!! If your family has more than one car and not home by 7pm, you will most likely be parking on the street. The management doesn't care if you have a place to park or not. I moved into these wonderful apartments, Ashley in the front office is amazing, kind and goes out of her way to help. It has wonderful landscaping the fountains are relaxing. I have decorated my patio. It's a laid back environment , my area is pretty quiet and I am close to the yoga studio. It's been a great experience so far.

RUN!!!! Black mold found, when brought to the attention of the manager, she told us it wasn't mold. You can tell right when you walk in, it smells musty. We found mold all over everything in our closet. Leslie is extremely hard to deal with. She doesn't listen, care or help in anyway. She is extremely fake, and needs to work on her people skills. Beside the mold issue, the front door was uneven and cold/hot air from outside easily entered our apartment. We asked them to fix it so our smud bill would go down because using the a/c was pointless. They attempted to fix it, but you could clearly still
