Services
Montgomery Animal Hospital is a full-service facility that always meets and frequently exceeds the needs of our four-legged patients and their owners, beginning with puppy & kitten care and continuing all the way through the special needs of our senior pets. Whether your little loved one is in need of wellness care, surgery, dental treatment or any other physical condition, we are here for you both.
Over the years, Montgomery Animal Hospital has worked closely and compassionately with a variety of charities, non-profits and rescue groups. Whether it's finding a pet a home, raising money for kids with cancer or speaking to a local girl scout troop, we try to do our part and more to be a good community citizen.
We chose MAH as our vet thanks to the reference from great friends. There are absolutely no other pairs of hands or group of hearts we'd rather have had help us in letting go of a cherished pet, taking care of other pets, or rescuing a Pitbull who needed us as much as we needed her. Montgomery Animal Hospital really knows your whole family, furry and otherwise.
We believe that prevention is the best medicine you can provide your four-legged animal companion. Routine wellness care provides a foundation on which he or she can enjoy a lifetime of good health. Our wellness care has been specifically designed to assist your pet through every stage of life - from kitten and puppyhood on through the golden years.
Because our four-legged companions age at a much faster rate than we do, regular wellness exams are one of the most critical components of your pet's overall care. In keeping with the guidelines of the American Veterinary Medical Association, we recommend you bring your dog or cat in for a complete wellness exam at least once a year.

So my puppy was seen today for 3rd round of vaccines but the vet determined I had a sick and lethargic puppy instead and tried to sell me on anti nausea meds (cerenia) and subcutaneous fluids after 2 weeks of 5 rounds of panacur. I’m so disappointed and upset that this vet wanted to rave about my sick puppy but couldn’t perform the follow up parvo test that’s required for a sick puppy after parasite treatment! The vet tech wasn’t wearing any scrubs also did not check my pups temperature pulse or respiratory. I have enough animals experience as a groomer to laugh and just pay the exam fee

We chose Montgomery Animal Hospital based on rave reviews from friends and neighbors. We brought our new to us rescue pup for her first visit. The communication was good from the first call. Their safety procedures for Covid made us feel safe. We called when we arrived. A tech came out to talk with us and bring our pup in for her visit. The vet called to discuss during the visit, and then our pup was brought back and we paid from the car. Our pup seemed to do fine, even without us with her. Thanks MAH!
