A typical home inspection takes between 3-4 hours, which includes a verbal review our findings and a photos review with you. We also guaranteed same day home inspection reports sent via email. Home inspections can be canceled or rescheduled without penalty if the inspector or our office is notified within 48 hours of the scheduled inspection time. Home inspections cancelled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice are subject to a $200 cancellation fee. I brought Scott in to look objectively at some issues in my house that I was concerned about. He thoroughly examined the structures and gave me really good feedback, and gave me an excellent education on those parts of my house. If I needed more investigation into my house, or if I needed an inspection of a house I was thinking of buying, I would bring in Scott without hesitation.

Chris Nelson came highly recommended by our realtors. I thought I had good home inspectors in the past (here in Portland, Oregon), but Chris has been the best. He was extremely thorough and careful, identifying both big and little issues and helping me understand which should be addressed first. I am so thankful for his time and care. I have referred to his written report many times as I work on fixing up our 1929 home. Old houses unfortunately don't come with owner's manuals, but Chris's expertise was the next best thing!

Chris did an inspection on a home we are buying. Chris did an excellent job! Chris was on site early and quickly got to work. He was very meticulous! He paid attention to every little detail and found out everything about the house inside and out. Chris doesn't only look at the big important issues, but at very small issues as well. When he presented his report to us, I was amazed at the level of detail and inspecting he conducted. Chris was also very friendly and open, he answered any questions I had and gave us a lot of tips and tricks. After the inspection, Chris had an official report emailed
