Ray was an excellent inspector! We were able to schedule an appointment just days after our offer was accepted on our new home. He was patient with our questions. His report was easy to understand and use to negotiate repairs with our builder. I highly recommend this company.

We needed to have a home inspected and we live 3,000 miles away.
Sean went out of his way to accommodate our schedules and different time zones to get the inspection done. Sean took the time to go through his report via Face-Time, explaining every aspect of the inspection and what concerns he saw that we should address. Very professional and Personable. Just terrific work and customer service! Should we purchase another property in his neck of the woods, he would be the person we would call first.

We highly recommend Details Home Inspection! Ben Moore and his trainee Kevin were very thorough, professional, prompt, instructive, and responsive to our concerns during this builder warranty inspection, which included a sewer scope. Ben and Kevin gave us a verbal summary on site, and we received the emailed report and summary that same day, including pictures and detailed explanations. We also received follow-up emails to contact them if we had questions. Bonus - the pricing was better than the 2 other companies I contacted. We are very pleased.
