I want to compliment the staff at this location. They made me feel so much at ease, as I am petrified of the dentist. I was so calm after their courteous treatment. They explained the whole procedure. I did not wait long. I had no pain after the novocain wore off. I would definitely go back to complete my work.

Absolute Smile has the best employee's. I started going there 2yrs ago,and by the second visit the receptionist knew my face and greeted me by name. They really take pride in getting to know their patients. My dentist is very kind and compassionate. Whatever procedure your having he takes the time to tell you what's what..I would definitely recommend...

Some of the staff are rude and disrespectful. They called me and blamed me for putting myself down as a new patient when I know I am not; the staff member put me down as a new patient; not I. Then they did not keep my appointment and I had to go at another time. They did not apologize for their mistake and did not give me an explanation of why they did not keep my appointment time. Their excuse was sometimes kids are loud in the waiting room. That is a lame excuse for treating your patients disrespectfully. Was able to get in fairly quickly. Was seen before my appointment which was incredible and they were even able to squeeze me in for services that I initially didn't come in for. The ladies who work the front desk are very pleasant and very helpful with arranging appointments,helping with insurance,etc.
I found the doctors to be excellent,they take the time to carefully explain your situation,and use their expertise to formulate a plan that is going to give you a great result.

First time as a patient here. 1st thing I noticed was how clean the office is. Was immediately greeted by the receptionist. Didn't have to wait long to be called. Walked in there with a positive energy and received it in returned. Had conversations about other services offered, which I was impressed. Bad customer service. I’ve been coming here for years and had an appointment on Saturday that I schedule over six months ago. Then received a call a week before my appointment but no one left a message. I called today to ask what the call was about and was told they want to reschedule my appointment due to the pandemic they limit hours which was fine until the woman got upset. Literally the worse experience I've ever had at a dentist. I've been their patient for about 8 years and ever since they started changing their doctors and staff, they've been doing a horrible job. I had fillings done that fell out 2-3 times! My teeth became soo sensative to anything I eat or drink. I'm very very upset at their job performance and what they've done to my teeth. Not only that, but the receptionist women are so unprofessional and literally leave you on hold for so long! Way to keep your business people.

We were not big fans of this dental office. There were relatively long waits for our scheduled appointments, even though we arrived early. I also had to go back for a filling and did not enjoy the process with the dentist. They were rough in doing the filling and did not do a good job at all. My tooth was very rough for weeks until it smoothed out. It also does not feel like they did a good job. They also make you wear these strange orange glasses, I've been going to the dentist my entire life and never seen these glasses before. I would not recommend this dentist.

This was my first visit there. They got me in just a couple days after so called. My hygienist name was Irina and she was great. She listened to my concerns ( I'm a gagged) and only took the necessary X-rays and it went well. The Dr ( I don't even remember his name was nice and poked in my mouth for a bit. I made a appointment for 6 more months and I'll be back. The waiting room is gorgeous and brand new, but the actual rooms were a bit shabby. Older chairs with multiple holes on them. It's not easy finding a good dentist, and a good practice that is instep with the latest technology not only in the medical sphere but also for instance in utilizing iPads to reward their patients through an "in-office reward program" (you don't see that too often in today's healthcare). I have to agree the person on my teeth was very rough, and the staff are very rude after the second time I came back I had to ask to speak to someone else because the women was vey rude.im a very respectable and patience person but couldn't take the snobbiness. Absolute smile takes care of what needs to be done. I recently signed up to be with them the past year and I am proud to say they did a pretty good job. Before I came to this dentist I was at another that I was with for about 10 years. I have to say, they do a good job just like my past dentist. My son and me have been patients here for the past 4 years.
The thing I really like about this place is how the Dr's take the time to describe
the problem in detail, offering the tratment options in a way that is transparent and fair.

I have been a patient of Dr. Eric Friedman for 10 years. I've tried my luck with many dentists before, but I've stayed with Absolute smile for the following reasons:
1) If I have a problem I can always talk to the doctor and get personal attention to my problem.
2) Dr. Eric Friedman is very thorough and very competent.
3) The work that Dr. Friedman performs is excellent. I have had root canals, tooth extractions, 2 crowns, multiple fillings done by him
4) Dr. Friedman has corrected mistakes of other Dentists :)
5) All his procedures are completely painless and he goes out of his way

Absolutely terrible! Very unprofessional! I scheduled an appointment for a check-up and a cleaning. When I was called back it took the dental assistant an hour to take my x-rays, during which time she hit me in the face with the arm of the machine not once, but twice.
