Staying at the Downtowner was a great experience - especially coming off camping in the Nevada desert. All staff was extremely polite and helpful. The room was exceptionally clean. Parking was convenient and easy, as was access to downtown. Not sure if we will be back in Las Vegas - but if we are we would love to stay here!

I Really don't know why some people had some bad experiences but with the great price they offer you can't get better than this. My experience was amazing with this hotel. The staff is amazing very friendly and they gave us whatever we needed and it was only 13 minutes away from the strip with Car. They offer a free parking and also the rooms were very clean. I didn't experience any inconvenience and everything was great. Loved this place🔥

Stayed here just for an overnight in January 2020. The Fremont Street Experience is only a few blocks away, which seems to be where a lot of restaurants and amusements are. The neighborhood seemed a bit rough, with lots of drunken people on the streets late at night. There was a homeless guy in the hotel golf course when we arrived. On the fun side, when we got to our room we heard some weird noises, and looked outside to see balls of fire going up into the air from a nearby show.
The hotel itself was recently renovated, funky and fun; our room was reasonably nice but it seemed a bit claustrophobic

This boutique hotel was extremely cute and innovative. I love the bar/check-in area, which was open 24 /7! D and Tamika were amazing and made us feel at home and some great tasting drinks. Also walking distance to the container park and Fremont Street!!! We will definitely be booking here again THANK YOU

This place was so comfy fun and clean makes me want to visit Las Vegas just as a get away. I'm not into casinos and stuff but just chilling downtown and exploring the main street I think it's Jefferson (?) Where there's lots of novelty shops it's cool. Plus nice places to eat near by actually plenty . The mini golf was so fun too. Price was nice for me as well.

The rooms are kind of bare-- There is no fridge or any way to prepare food or really any cooling system from what it seems to me. The decor is funky and very adorable in my opinion.
I appreciated being able to buy drinks and a couple snacks all throughout the night from a friendly employee. However, this is not the place for you if you're looking for a peaceful and quiet vacation.
My boyfriend and I we're staying up pretty late and the sounds of the bar below us continued on well

Great customer service at the get-go. I initially booked thru a 3rd party, and I accidentally booked the previous night so I didn't have a reservation anymore when i arrived. They found me a room and gave me similar rate as initially booked, so I wasn't taken advantage of given my desperate circumstances. The room is exceptionally clean with a simple modern feel. I stayed at the Downtowner Boutique Hotel for 2 nights and had a pleasant stay. The room was clean, and I slept well both nights. I kept in contact with Guest Services through text, and they were quick to reply and answer all of my questions. I had requested some tissue and they were very quick to bring it up to my room. Thank you to Sky for helping me check in and to Guest Services for their quick response. I would recommend this place to anyone as it is really close to Fremont Street and staff was friendly and helpful. :)

Make sure to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴜʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ when booking your stay. This web site will compare thousands of booking websites and typically will have prices a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This resort is one of the most well known in the area. I have been staying here for years. If you choose this place you won't regret it.
I loved it here! Great location, close to Fremont and all kinds of entertainment, Anthony was super helpful and a rockstar bartender. The only thing I was missing was a heater, but no big deal EVERYTHING else was fantastic!

The Downtowner provided me a lovely, affordable stay near the Fremont Street Experience- I didn't even know I was nearby it when I booked! To get to the downtown Vegas casinos was around a 10 minute walk, and if you're ambitious you can walk to the Neon Museum.
Keep in mind you do get what you pay for - this is definitely a no frills place. I was very satisfied with the size and cleanliness of the room and bathroom, and the bed was super soft!

Another great place for a stay on east Fremont. Downtowner Boutique Hotel is an old school place turned into a modern hangout. It has an indoor golf course and a bar too. Bad thing is it's far away from many things but there's also other things around. The place is pretty clean and mostly safe.
It actually is a motel because the doors of the rooms are on the outside the building. Still you have to go through the lobby to get to them because there's a wall around these so it's kind of like a hotel I guess. This is one of those old motels that were downtown and on Fremont that

Basically across from Downtown Container Park and easy to find.
The combination lobby/full bar is a unique glassed corner with complementary coffee in AM.
The rooms are adequate and clean. The staff is pretty friendly. Free parking pass to adjacent lot, a tiny pool is across the street for 20 pax. But not that sexy.

Bath Fan, noisy.
Lights, bright.
Frills: Free morning coffee!
Ice Machine is awesome for your portable cooler.
Beware the chair. If your leaning on the edge you'll flip it.
