I first started working with Seth to gain confidence in "working out" after not being confident in understanding how the gym "works" . In the 3 years we've worked together, he's helped me achieved every fitness goal that I've set out: being able to do pullups, getting myself and my husband in shape for our wedding, learning how to do deadlifts. Working with Seth has been a worthwhile investment.

Seth has been a crucial component of my post injury recovery. He pushes me to not only complete my PT, but also makes sure I understand the mechanics of why I'm doing each exercise. He's also great at modifying and offering alternative exercises for me that work with and around my limitations.

Within 10 minutes of meeting Seth, I knew he was the trainer for me. I've worked with a handful of trainers in the past. Most of them didn't have much education in the field. Seth talked to me about what I wanted to accomplish with him and tailored a program to fit my needs and goals. He knows a ton about the body and has the experience to back it up. As someone who has despised working out in the past, I look forward to my sessions with Seth. He pushes me to my limit, but I always leave feeling energized.

My husband and I liked Seth the first time we met with him. That was 10 years ago. We've been enjoying our weekly sessions with him ever since. He is extremely knowledgeable, patient and able to target training sessions at the right level for each person. He meticulously tracks our activities and progress and sets appropriate goals. We love his sense of humor and personality which make it so much easier to endure the physical challenges of our workouts!

As someone who has worked with several trainers throughout the years, Seth is as knowledgeable as they come. He's not there to just get you through your workout, he's there to create a personalized approach to the goals you are trying to accomplish. The workouts are varied and he also offers insight on nutrition as well as injury prevention and recovery. In working with Seth over the years my strength and lean body mass increased.
