My fully customized Pod Workouts can accommodate up to five people at my location or offsite for larger groups.

My name is Helena McLoughlin. Upon my arrival to the Bay Area I discovered a passion for fitness that I didn't know I had. So, taking full advantage of my new surroundings I became an avid runner, completing two marathons, and a road biker. In 2006, I turned my love for exercise and movement into a career by becoming certified as a fitness trainer.
