Services
Lisa enjoys two roles in our practice- she serves as both the Office Manager and Lead Hygienist. She graduated from Alleghany College in 2001 before relocating to Charlotte in 2008. Lisa has two fur children (Pitbull dogs) who love to snuggle. When not laughing with our patients at the office, Lisa works as a personal trainer helping clients lead healthy lives.

It is embarrassing to admit how long it had been since I set foot into a dentist office (> 10 years). As always, neglect leads to a problem and the problem pushed me to find a great dentist! A friend recommended the Kleinheinz dental practice. Walking into the office, you will instantly feel at home with the friendly, professional staff. During my initial visit and treatment, Dr. K and the rest of the team did a fantastic job getting my teeth cleaned, discussing treatment options and answering all of my questions. I have since been back several times starting down the path to a healthier and straighter

My whole family has been with Dr. Klienhienz for over 20 years. He easily earns a 5 star rating. If it could be out of 10 I would give him a 10.
He and his staff are very friendly and extremely competent. Dr. K himself is always friendly and a consummate professional and is of the highest integrity. I can’t count the times I might have thought I needed more expensive procedures only to have Dr. K propose less expensive alternatives.
He is a meticulous technician and keeps up with all the current technologies.
I just can’t give him enough compliments. I would recommend him without reservation

Today was my first visit to Kleinheinz Dentistry. I just moved here from
Long Island, NY and I was not only pleased but very impressed. Their
staff is amazing. My first impression was Nicole who greeted me
and coordinated all the paperwork details. Then Dr. Aslin's assistant
Amanda who took xrays. Both are pleasant and professional and had
everything ready for my exam and consultation with Dr. Ashlin. Dr.

Today I went for my first visit with Kleinheinz Dentistry and from the moment I walked in until I left every person I met was so friendly, warm and receptive. I am so impressed with the people and service I received that I’m sending my husband to them. It was such a delight to have that great interaction with everything that is going on in the world. My experience with Kleinheinz Dentistry has been nothing short of first class. As a new patient, Dr. Ashlin immediately made me feel welcome to the practice. Her engaging personality and her capacity to effectively communicate a treatment plan was a real compliment to her demonstrated technical abilities. Without question, this has been my best ever experience with a dental practice and I can’t recommend them enough. Additionally, I can’t say enough good things about Amanda, who is an excellent Dental Assistant.

Dr. K and his team are AMAZING! I’ve been going to them for years and they’ve always taken such good care of me. Eventually my spouse moved over to them as well and they even sent us two movie tickets for a date night on them as a thank you. They are extremely personable and take a genuine interest in their patients as much as their work. They always offer less invasive/more cost effective options first and never have charged me if I’ve had a problem/needed an adjustment from any of the work they’ve done. Highly recommend Dr. K and his team over any other dentistry in Charlotte!!

Doctor K is fantastic! Seriously the best dentist I've worked with. Unfortunately, some of his office staff, in particular Brandy, are not!. She is not kind, not empathetic, and views customers as though we are lucky to be there and that we don't have a choice where we get our care from. My wife and I felt completely dismissed when we raised our billing issues/concerns to her. She smugly told us that it's our issue to work with the insurance company - even though the services were not initially submitted to the insurance company correctly by their office. Dr. Kleinheinz and his staff are absolutely wonderful! I had an attempted root canal and then ended up with a tooth extraction and the entire experience was pleasant, I was relaxed, no pain throughout both procedures, and overall, I knew I was in excellent hands. Thank you all for providing friendly, caring, expertise, and overall, making my time during those big procedures pleasant and comfortable! Keep up the awesome work you all do!

Dr. Kleinheinz and his office staff are amazing. When I arrive, the office staff greets me by name and are always full of smiles and kind words. Dr. Kleinheinz is understanding of my dental fears and does anything he can to help me be calm. He is so kind and I never feel like he is in a hurry to get me out the door.
When we have to make a plan for treatment, his staff prints out the estimated cost breakdown of what my insurance company should pay and what my portion will be.
The whole experience is pleasant. I would recommend them 100%!

Dr. Kleinheinz is awesome! I love him to death and I would recommend going there because he is the best dentist I have seen; however, just make sure you are specific with the staff and ask questions. The staff needs to make sure dental insurance is accepted prior to giving a quote proposal. It is important to also let patients know that when they ask if they accept a certain insurance company that they explain if they are in network or out so the patients do not have any surprises after they give them a quote and pay what they are told to pay upfront.
