Located on the second floor, the Maple Manor floor plan features 900 square feet of living space with a spacious living room and kitchen with a large, sliding glass door to the balcony, where you can enjoy the peaceful serenity of our well maintained landscape, trees, and beautiful flowers.
Due to an overhang in the front of the buildings on the second floor, the living room and front bedroom of Maple Manor apartments are slightly larger than the downstairs versions.Set up like a ranch style home and located on the main floor, the Maple Wood is one of our most popular floor plans.

For your home away from home, Maple Lane Executive Suites in Elkhart, IN are available to rent on a month to month basis - one month minimum stay required. Our Executive Suites are a convenient, worry free solution to meet your short or long-term needs - at much less than the cost of a hotel! Each Executive Suite comes fully furnished with everything a traveler may need, including furniture, bedding, towels, dishware, appliances, and electronics.
There's something special about the loving nuzzle and innocent gaze from a beloved pet. Their loyalty is steadfast, their love is unconditional and they always know just how to brighten your mood on an otherwise dull and crummy day. Both my fianc and I love living at Maple Lane Apartments because it is quite and everyone is friendly around here. All the staff and Employees are always very friendly and curtius thanks to each and everyone of them keep smiling and take the good with the bad y'all are Grrrreeeetttt! After extensive searching in Elkhart and Mishawaka, I made the choice to make Maple Lane my home in 2016.
As a part of our ongoing social distancing efforts, tours are by appointment only. We offer options to fit every comfort level including live virtual tours, guided tours and self-guided tours. This is the second time I've been a Maple Lane Apt/Elkhart resident. Both times, 2 Bedroom, however this time around not in an Exective Suite with a fireplace.
The regular two bedroom apartment did show some signs of wear but again, these are older apartments. The grounds are beautiful, and the pool was maintained. Some problems with keeping up with the gym, but it just recently opened and the kinks needed to be worked out.
Would live here again!

We have lived at Maple Lane for almost a year now and totally love it here. The management is very responsive to maintance repair requests and we have never waited more than a day to have something fixed. They also do a very good job of maintaining the grounds and keeping the walkways cleared in the winter. The management is involved and promotes a community atmosphere by hosting events like family movie night, pancake breakfast and community yard sale. We love our home @ Maple Lane and will be renewing our lease in December.

I moved in in early June and have been very pleased with just about everything in and around my new home. The property feels like a neighborhood, my immediate neighbors are great, and the staff is very responsive. My biggest issue is how loud my AC and heat are when sitting in the living room. An open mind is necessary considering the age of the property. If I can get a garage or larger apartment with attached garage I am more than likely to be a long term tenant.

I have lived here for 5+ years. Maintenance is excellent and they go above and beyond to resolve a problem. Management is very reasonable in assisting with unforeseen problems.
Maple Lane was my first choice when I began visiting other complexes several years ago. Maple Lane continues to offer me convenience, security and great value for my money. I recommend them highly.
