They are not wanting to not renew my son's lease I am not on the lease and I have for the time he has been here watched his kids y they work and the mangers has not done and inspection to see what the apartment looks like on the inside .are they supposed to a monthly inspection on it to see what it looks like on the intro make sure it meets the standard?

They are never in in the office they never answer the phone it makes it very difficult when you have questions about rent or if you’re trying to pay your rent or questions about lease policies. I just had an overall awful experience so far, I’ve called many times many different days and nobody answers I’ve gone in person and no one’s ever there they always put the close sign on even though they’re supposed to be open. Confronted the lady about it in the office the one day she finally answered and she completely denied everything so awful customer service

Overall a great place to live. Quite place, walking distance to multiple stores. The manager is great, very nice and will work with you as long as it's reasonable. Maintenance usually gets to things pretty quick. Been here 4 years now and haven't had many issues (besides noisy neighbors/disrespectful neighbors). Any issues with neighbors or anything gets dealt with asap. Most people tend to stay to themselves, but also look out for others. Not much crime here, not saying there is none cause no matter where you go there's crime. 5/5 would recommend.

The good: Reasonable rates. Very quite place to live. The manager is a really nice person.
THE BAD: The maintainance teams lack of knowledge and work ethics make it hard to live in a safe environment. They either do not know what code is or they choose not to follow it. The stairways are very unsafe, the balconies are missing boards which make it unsafe for small children.
I guess I would say buyer beware. if you dont care about things working or having them fixed properly then this is definitly the place to live. I will be adding pictures soon so that you amy make your own decision on moving
