If 0 star was possible I would give this place it... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you do not move here! The roach problem is out of control. Ive had to call the exterminator over 4 times! And still I see roaches. I have been living here for 14 months my lease is almost up, from my experience here is how your stay will go Winter to the start of spring is a roach infestation.. YES INFESTATION! Summer to late fall you will experience a uncontrollable amount of gnats be ready seriously. I went through 3 full boxes on gnat ribbons ABSOLUTLEY DEGUISTING!! I want you to know btw I am 21YO I work 10 hours a day

The maintenance is understaffed and if you have a repair it could be awhile. The filters in the air vents weren't changed for a year+. I don't blame them, i blame the owners. Your rent is high yet the upkeep is poor. Too many electrical fires and the money is being used for a building facelift and not the internal structure. I believe you should get what you pay for and that being said should be a safe place to live.

I just finished my first year lease at old farms and decided to sign another 15 months for a two bedroom. The first year was alright for the price I guess. But I have been in my new apartment since Thursday night and already had two cockroaches in my apartment. Both in the same day, one was a small one in the kitchen and I decided to brush it off and the second one was literally huge right above my bed just now. I want to throw up. Not to mention my first apartment had a bunch of dead roaches in the storage closet and under the fridge and the staff did nothing about it. On top of the damaged/poor

The apartment quality is very cheap, the walls barely hold up the towel rod let alone shelves, the carpet is stained after the first month of living there by just walking around, and the door front door blows open if not locked. We also had SWAT come to an apartment just doors over and arrest a man for an outstanding murder warrant. We had no office problems for almost a year until our lease was up and we were doing month to month leasing. Right after that began they tried charging us two times the amount for rent and they also tried saying we never paid rent when we had all the receipts to show

I didn’t even move in yet and the office staff was very rude. I am giving two stars just because the very first girl in the office I spoke to was so sweet but everyone else I’ve spoken to, rushes you off the phone, is rude and acts like they don’t even want to talk to you. Happy I found some place else with a office staff that seems to actually care. Even asking questions they treat you like you are stupid and they have better things to do. :/ felt very unwelcomed.
