I lived here for 5 years until Aug. 2018. I recommend this place for anyone looking. The office staff was always kind to me. The maintenance was the best around and fast. I never felt unsafe and my neighbors were all kind. It was a short drive to anything I needed. Washer & dryer in the unit was honestly the BIGGEST plus side. When I moved out, the carpets needed replaced (normal wear & tear) and there were some dings in the wall but I still got my deposit back (which helped with the costs of buying my first home)! Just recommended a friend that moved in a month ago and they love it!

I really thought I was going to give this place a 4/5 rating!! My husband and I were rented for 2 years( our first apartment). They told us we will receive our deposit back in the mail. Our deposit was $6 and some change!!! We deep cleaned our apartment!!! I guess don’t hang ANYTHING up. We hanged normal things. Did not leave no big wholes or anything. We deep clean all rooms & all appliances but our deposit we got back was $6!!! PATHETIC. I would understand if we life a mess or something but are you serious? Disappointed I. Arbor lakes.

My husband and I lived here for 13 months. This was our first apartment and first home together. While we did have some issues during that time, I’m not here to air old items, just to illuminate an experience that happened today - after we have lived out of state for 2 years.
I recently logged into my husband’s PayPal account to order something for our new baby. Not thinking, I didn’t check the address. Definitely an error on my part. The package was delivered to our address at Arbor Lakes. My husband called and the leasing office was less than helpful. I emailed them, gave them the USPS

I had the worst experience here ever. It was my first apartment ever and right off the bat I had trouble with the manager him self. He was always rude and never listened to what I had to say. People would complain about me to him because I had friends coming over and he once told me I could never have no one over ever. I told him to show me where it says that on the agreement and he said he will show me later. Never did. I would call maintenance to come fix stuff and they would never arrive when they said they will and even when they did they would not knock and just come right in. They caught

I had a bad accident recently and was forced to pay rent a few days late. I have had to work my way back up to put myself in a good financial standing. Still paid my rent in full, including late fees. I feel like this place refuses to help you, they would rather make your situation worse. It's like pulling teeth just to get some assistance. Things come up in life and some people work very hard to get back on track. This place resembles a money hungry corporation that raises rent every year. At the end of the day you are nothing to them. Very, very hard to reason with them. Be advised.

I live here and love it. I rent a 1 bedroom apt. Has washer/dryer in the kitchen. I'm new to Indiana and moved in here in 2017 and just renewed my lease. Yes there are some problems like mailbox outside my bedroom wall but I bought earplugs. You can't beat the service, quality and free gas heat in winter. What a blessing, Thank God for this wonderful place to live.
