I've lived here for two years, if not for the change in my financial obligations I would still be living here, and if things change in the future I would certainly move here again. Never had not one problem with the staff, always friendly, and takes care of any issues in my apartment quickly, ( not that I had many). The grounds are well taken care of. Its quiet...great location...and most neighbors are friendly. You get more than what you expect for the cost.

I never write reviews, but this place is wonderful; definitely worth a few minutes of my time. I have lived here just over a year and what I can say is:
*The maintenance guy is super friendly and comes whenever you call- night or day. Literally, it's 9 o'clock at night and he showed up. Which is what prompted me to write this.
*The landlord has always been very nice. She was kind and understanding when I asked to extend my lease a few more months while I close on my house.
*My apartment is huge compared to other apartments I had rented for the same price.

I lived here for 5 years up until a few years ago. The property is gorgeous, quiet and well maintained. You could often look out the window and see various wildlife. The pool was kept clean and was a nice addition. Anytime we needed maintenance service they were prompt and did a great job. Never had an issue with snow removal and the dumpsters were never full. The Manager at the time wasn't particularly friendly but as long as we paid rent (which we always did) she never gave us any problem. Some of the furnishings were a little outdated (kitchen cabinetry and counter tops in particular) but towards

I have been fortunate these past 3 yrs. to call Woodridge Apts., my home. I loved the location of my apartment, it was in a park-like setting. With deer and turkeys, that roamed the grounds. The landscaping was kept nice and neat, no matter the season. The building I lived in was a little community, everyone looked out for each other. When the weather permitted, we were able to enjoy sitting out under the trees in our chairs - or at the picnic table, enjoying the company the view and cooking out. The mainitenance staff were very professional. And, the office management were wonderful and a joy
