When applying, please be certain to fill in all of the fields on the application completely and legibly. Make sure that you include your most recent paystubs or other financial verification materials as proof of income, your identification materials, and pay the $50.00 screening fee. Providing these initially will help to expedite the process.
Bridge City Properties, LLC provides a market analysis based on similar rental properties currently renting near your property. We then prep the property once we take management, take photos for marketing as well as pre-move in condition videos. All marketing is done online however in some cases we like to put a sign out front.
View your financial statements, access shared documents, and set up your online payment options. The online Owner Portal streamlines communication, protects your investment, and helps you maximize the value of your properties. Make and receive payments from the mobile-friendly Online Portal. Directly send funds for owner contributions, including emergency maintenance repairs, renovations, or reserves via eCheck or Debit Card.

Tony and his team are AAA+. If you have a property that needs property management, I would highly recommend you contact Tony at Bridge City Properties. He and his team are consistently professional, responsive and most importantly excellent communicators. I most recently sold the property that he was managing but if and when I buy another investment property I will surely give Tony the management job.

I have nothing but good things to say about Tony as a property manager. He is by far the best one I've had and I've rented from a lot of places. Anytime we had an issue with the rental, he would get it taken care of right away. There were also times (not many) where we had an unexpected expense come up and he would be very flexible with us on paying and/of late fees. I recently moved out of the rental, however, I cannot say enough about his kindness during my move out. He was flexible with my move out date and the cleaning process. I would definitely rent from a future Bridge City Property

Don't rent from this guy! He is super shady and will try to scam you. He told me a unit in the building was no longer available, then 30 minutes later offered it to my friend. After I signed a lease for a different unit, he was still showing it to prospective rentors as if it was vacant. He also lied about the cost of the rent and the move in bonus - originally said he would give me $1500 then said he would deduct it from upcoming rent payments then said it was an Amazon gift card. When I did move into the unit, the dishwasher didn't work and the walls weren't painted. Eventually

Tony is unprofessional. He will, yes and you to get what he want and then forget about what you've talked about as soon as it doesn't benefit him. I moved and I had 2 months left of my lease when I did. (Becauae the place has uncomfortable mold and mice every year.)As a favor I moved the rest of my stuff out nearly 3 weeks early so he could put a new tenant in the unit. Prior to this we discussed the apartment not going to be deep cleaned because I was doing 3 weeks worth of cleaning and moving in 2 day as a favor for him (don't forget it.) This dude forgot the conversation we had about it not

Bridge City Properties managed our rental for several years and did a fantastic job. They are the best property management company in Portland! Sure there are larger even national property management companies but they will not put in the personal individual time and care as Bridge City Properties. They will find the right tenant for your property quickly. Highly recommended.

Bridge City has taken care of me and my rental for the last year and a half until I sold. I can tell you with absolute certainty that Tony actually made the decision to sell difficult! He was such an amazing property manager, I didn't know if I wanted to give up the property, but alas, it was the proper decision for the time. If you ever need a property manager, call Tony!!! Horrible, horrible, horrible!
This company previously managed 2 of our properties. We terminated our contract after 1-year, because Tony Forhan had sub-par accounting practices and didn't take care of our properties well. Sure, he talks the talk and sounds nice enough, but if you want your investment properties to be well cared for and accounting accuracy done well, then this is NOT the company for you.
We were initially hopeful that it would work out, but we had such a bad experience especially towards the end that I had wished we had fired him months ago. We paid a big price for sticking

WORST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY EVER!!! Bridge City is an un trust worthy company run by Tony and his shady employee. They oversell and under deliver.
