Stay away! Any positive reviews of this place are fake or from insane people.
I work next to this place and there's a constant police presence. Child Protective Services is here at least once a week. Ambulances are in and out all the time. The place is pretty full but no cars in the parking lot ... there's a reason for everything.
Our parking lot smells like urine because of this place. There is fecal matter on our shared fence because of the derelicts that stay here. Almost a constant smell of weed because the residents sit on the rocks in our landscape to party all morning &

The last hidden comfy jewel near the Strip. Located in the mecca of the North Strip. Rita Suites is the last place anywhere near or on the strip that is 100% comfortable and affordable. Chill vibe 24/7. SUPER quiet neighborhood with no annoying transients like everywhere else. enjoyed my stay at Rita because I never had to worry about safety issues. The staff was very tentative and it shows. Maintenance gets an A+.! My air conditioner went out when it was 113 degrees! Martin made it a priority to get it fixed. Beautiful, wonderful little treasure of a getaway just minutes from the strip. Rooms are clean, comfortable with double Queen beds. Efficiency kitchens, and wonderful walk-in living rooms. You have garden views, pool views, and Resort World views. Free in room coffee. Excellent coffee! No breakfast. Vending machines, ice, and coin laundry all on site. Very clean property. Wheel chair accessible. 3 minutes to Catholic Church. Short walk to shopping... CVS, gifts, tacos, 7- 11 to name a few. Plenty of liquor nearby. Gambling across the street. I love this place!

This hotel was great for us. We stayed in a suite which had a full size fridge and cook stove and sink. We only stayed a night so we did not utilize this but would be great if staying for a few days. Only negative is there was no cook wear to use the stove and no coffee maker. But the room was very clean and spacious. Would stay again and highly recommend!!

The bed had dirty sheets, like they didn't change them after the last people checked out so I called the front desk and ask them to change the sheets. When I came back from dinner, they had dropped off sheets but didn't change the bed. I had to change the sheets myself, only to find they didn't bother to send clean pillowcases. I had to call again and asked for pillowcases. They sent two pillowcases when there are four pillows on the bed. They had to go back and get two more pillowcases.

From the outside it looks okay, until you enter the rooms. They are very worn, the furniture is dirty, the carpeT is disgusting, the shower/tub needs to be completely redone, the mattress felt like it was at least 10 years old. Overall very poor maintenance! One of my colleagues had to go to the lobby 3 times because his key didn't work, then got stuck in the elevator elevator. At check out Jessica was a bit snooty.

Catfish. Pictures lie. Breakfast was no good. I know its included but very rude people, very unprofessional and unorganized. Stains in the carpet of our room, bed sheets dirty, tub was disgusting and very small. Never again. Im not ok with even giving a 1 star. Had my child experience this through her soccer tournament.

Checked in at 11:30am due to a flight cancellation, (storm) paid the extra 30$ for early check in for the space to put my luggage in. Through email found out by miracle that my flight had been put back on but pushed back 6hours! Alleluia! Went to the desk to ask for even a partial refund to leave immediately (an hour and a half after check in). During the hour and a half period we never touched the room. We were making arrangements, returning the rental car etc. The host at the desk went to ask the manager and returned with a flat no. Okay. I accepted that. Because we had paid we decided to sit

Today's experience with The Rita Suites was horrible. Room smells like urine and cigar.
I booked 4 rooms for my work crew for the week and was very disappointed to find out I was being charge an additional $80 per day for each of the 3 trucks being used for our travel job. I had requested 2 beds per room but where given just one. My coworker will be sleeping on the floor today. I bet he will be doing a review as well. I wanted to cancel and drive to Royal Resort who doesn't charge for parking but the reservations where non refundable. I just hope I can work something out with the hotel

My coworker and I stayed at the Rita Suites during the SEMA show this past November when we were there to exhibit for our company. Other than the proximity to the convention center there are no other positive things I can say about this establishment.
To recap:
They refused a package that we had shipped out to their hotel in advance, EVEN THOUGH we called to make sure that we were able to do that and addressed it the way they asked. That meant that we were completely without our trade show materials. A mistake that cost us hundreds, if not thousands of dollars in losses.

This "hotel" is disgusting and the service is whack. The ppl working the front desk late at night are so much nicer than those young unprofessionals with huge piercings and poorly groomed hygiene during check-in. Management should at least improve their employee morale because it's obvious that even they don't care to be there or have the decency to HELP where it's needed.
