After being pre-qualified, you will be directed to book a showing date and time with our leasing team. 2. "WAITLIST" status indicates that the unit is NOT AVAILABLE for viewings at this time.
The contest winner will be required to complete an application for record-keeping purposes. This includes, but is not limited to: rental history, income, employment, and credit check. Your financial/credit evaluation will not disqualify you from winning. Winners must commit to check-ins about their progress/goals - dates and times to be mutually agreed upon.

My girlfriend and I rented a property from Walls for 2 years. We never had any issues with their management. Our dishwasher broke a few times but they had an easy process to request maintenance and had someone out within a week to fix the issue. I'd recommend to anyone looking to rent a property.

Positive: Professionalism, Responsiveness
Best property management experience I have had. Keifer @ Bell View is always on top of any issues that come up, if you have a maintenance request - he's on top of it immediately. I see him numerous times a day sweeping and taking care of the building and making sure things are well kept. Outstanding guy and extremely responsive.

First time renting in Seattle and our building and building manager, Keifer, have been amazing. He’s friendly, professional and always out and about making sure the building is up to par. 10/10 would recommend! Great apartment with an awesome view too.

WARNING: DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY
I wish I could give zero stars. I’ve been a renter for 15 years and have never had such terrible experience with a property management team.
From the moment I signed my lease last year, they have been extremely unresponsive. I’ve had issue after issue after issue with terrible or non-existent communication. I’ve had to escalate more than a few work orders to the Director of Operations after WEEKS of no communication and that doesn’t always help me get a response. Even if you aren’t able to help me in a timely manner, at least acknowledge my message

EDIT: As you can see by the response, I'm still getting little to no apologies or acknowledgement that we were left without a refrigerator for 6 days, during Christmas. We still have no useable dishwasher, but apparently I was supposed to run it along with the toilets when we physically toured the place? Should I have run the washer and dryer too? These are all things I should not have had to check when I viewed the property in person. I still do not feel looked after or safe in this building I just moved into. Still dissatisfied.
Where to start? We moved in a week ago and our refrigerator was

In response to their reply: I want to point out that it took two (2) phone calls and voicemails, a text message, an email to my "direct property manager" (referring to their response), two (2) follow up emails, AND a threat of the Washington State Tenant's Union and the Washington State Building Commission to even get a TEXT MESSAGE response from my property manager -- and even then, he has nothing but excuses as to why it took two weeks or more to get back to me.
Communication is TERRIBLE! Once they have your money, don’t be expecting to hear from anyone when you have

Update: they finally made it right. Not a pleasant experience, but glad that things have resolved a bit.
I have been living in buildings managed by Walls for 4+ years in three different buildings. I am always looking out for the building’s and spaces, take exceptional care of them, and pay on time each and every month. That’s why I am so disappointed with this company. In March I bought a new car and asked management if any parking spaces were available to keep it safe from street parking. Through email it was confirmed one was available and I could have it on 3/31. Fast forward a few months

I lived at 612 Malden for 7 years with fabulous mom & pop landlords, in a fabulous but slightly run down building, before they retired and sold to Walls or whoever hires them to manage. My roommate and I moved out immediately because we knew this meant nothing good for us, but our next door neighbor who was the de facto property manager and had lived there for 20+ years stayed on.
The very first thing they did was rip the decks off the back of the building... every unit had one! That's one thing, but then they did not seal the remaining doors leading to the decks, which meant current residents

Walls Property Management (WPM) has provided an amazing 1st time renter’s experience for me here in Seattle!
I moved cross country to live in Seattle for work and I can definitely say WPM has made my experience here so much better thanks to them.
Upon arrival from my 36 hour road trip, everything was perfect thanks to WPM’s staff. Before I start with the bad stuff, here is the nice stuff: I am giving them 2 stars because the property was nice and because for the first 2 maintenance requests they were quite fast and efficacious. That's basically all the good points.
Melissa and Avery have been terrible managers. After the first 2 maintenance requests they have refused to help us with any other despite the fact that the requests are related to normal use of the apartment.
Walls promised me one month free but because I am not renovating my lease and my roommates are, I am not getting my 1 month free (my roommates are). This
