When I came to see Christy a year an half ago, I was struggling with fear, anger, anxiety and control. My daughter was struggling with an eating disorder. I thought I could help her, but I was part of the problem. My daughter is doing well and our relationship has improved greatly. I know God put Christy in my path to help me work and heal these emotions.

Services
Love and Grace Counseling desires to provide clients with a sense of hope and a deeper understanding of themselves and their struggles, with a focus on assisting the client with developing solution-oriented skills. Christy founded Love and Grace Counseling in an effort to continue her passion for serving individuals and couples in a professional and personal setting.
A reduced fee for service is available with our staff intern (LPC-I) for $90 per session. All interns have completed their advanced degree education and are in the process of acquiring the face to face hours necessary to obtain full licensure. Payment for all services can be made via credit/debit card, check or cash.
We all experience struggles in life. For some, the struggles can bring about anxiety, depression, broken relationships, destructive behaviors, and even spiritual turmoil. Individual counseling can be a helpful process to gain a deeper understanding of ourselves, how we interact with others and to develop coping skills to deal with life's challenges.
Through the use of current technology counseling sessions can be effectively done via HIPPA compliant software that is easy to access and does not require the client to download any apps or additional equipment. This allows for progress to be uninterrupted due to a global pandemic, away from home travel, deployment or geographic location.
A great compliment to individual or couples counseling can be participation in an intensive workshop. New Life Ministries and How We Love Ministries offer many different workshops: Take Your Life Back, Living Light, Men in the Battle, Women in the Battle, Intimacy in Marriage and Marriage Restoration to list a few.
