I went to Be Inspired after having some lackluster experiences at other salons in the Middleton/Madison area, and I'm so glad I did! I accidentally only booked an advanced color instead of a color and cut, and the entire team was so helpful and kind in finding me a chance to get a haircut in. They got me in for a haircut on the same day! They were so wonderful to spend my afternoon with - I'll definitely be coming back! I saw Kiana for an eyebrow tint, Diana for my color, and Demi for my cut. I would recommend all of them!

Additionally:: I was able to later see a different stylist at a different salon who fixed my mess of hair all while being super sweet and fun, and even provided me complimentary wine. They charged me NOTHING for the entire appointment when I explained what Be Inspired put me through.

I've been going to Be Inspired for several years. I've had a few stylist throughout the time as some have moved on or I just needed a different perspective for my hair needs. The beautiful thing about the principal that Be Inspired stands for is that they encourage each other and their clientele to make the choice that is the best for the customer. They don't judge if you want to make a change and they support the new stylist for that customer. I have Kiana taking care of my difficult thick hair with annoying colic's. She's done some new type of cuts that I wouldn't have asked for in the past.

There are negative reviews for a reason. Very poor customer service. They don't know how to treat new customers nor retain them. Do not be fooled by their awards like me, being the "best hair salon" in Madison.
This was my first time ever going to a salon and adding highlights/balayage to my hair. I have blackish brownish hair. So I came in wanting an ash bronde balayage. I specifically told the stylist (Abby), that I do not know anything about hair and to feel free to help walk me through this process. The stylist made so many excuses

I like this salon and I've had a few appointments with different stylist here. I've had highlights, color and haircuts. BUT I won't be going back again. I recently got lowlights on top only and a cut (and I have very short hair) and it $233.00!!! Now I don't mind paying for a good cut and/or color but that price was just ridiculous. My advice is to be aware of the HIGH prices and be ready to pay a lot!

I started going to Be Inspired Salon earlier this year and couldn't be happier. My hair has always been a challenge (read thick, fine and weird texture all at the same time). I have been in a few times and have been thrilled. My color and cut now work WITH my hair, not against it, and they really took the time to understand me and how I would best work with my hair. I've been so impressed with their services and their customer service that I have made this our family salon. From 2 years old to 46 years old, we are very happy with Be Inspired Salon.

As a curly girl, the pain of finding a stylist who can work with my fine, naturally curly hair is real. After being ghosted by my regular stylist and in dire need of a cut, I took a chance and booked a Diva cut with Jes. She is wonderful! She took time to understand what I was looking for, talk to me about what she thought my hair could and could not do, brought shape back to my hair and worked with all the challenges natural curls bring (my cow licks and straight areas unfortunately are right up front). I came in for a Devacut when I did a day trip to Mad-town. I saw Chris and he did a great job. I have really thick hair that can be hard to manage but I've been wanting to keep it long. Chris gave me layers that help it not be quite so heavy, but still look natural. They are very well blended and my curls are less weighed down. I think it's the best long haircut I've had - in the past I sometimes get fed up and chop it off! He encouraged me to keep length which I appreciate.

I've been seeing Jes for around 5 years now. I used to jump between hair stylists but she's so good that she's never getting rid of me. She's so nice, and talented (and realistic for all my ideas, which I'm very thankful for). Conversation and experience are great every time. Be Inspired is a beautiful salon, very modern.

I've been seeing Nate for about 2.5 years now, and he's the best. He's very good at getting to know you and your style so that he can recommend the best hair for you. Be Inspired may be a bit more pricey than some of the other salons in the area, but you get what you pay for, and when it comes to your hair, why would you want to have a cheap job done? I have curly hair and it's the only salon I've ever been to that I've left with a hair style I was 100% happy with. BLOWN AWAY! I found Be Inspired through the DevaCurl website, as they are a DevaCurl trained salon. I was tired of fighting my curls, and I really needed someone to tell me exactly how to treat my hair the way it really should be treated.

I have some hair. No really. I have some serious hair. (Think, curly--3A/3B.) The kind that the uninitiated stylist gasp and say, "You got some hair." Yeah, I know that. Me and my hair have been together for a while. Having said that, finding a good stylist is key to handling my hair--and sometimes my hair sanity. A friend, who has some hair herself, turned me onto Be Inspired, and through the salon, I met Anna. Anna knows how to handle my hair. I am more sane these days.

Go to Nate! He's the best! I'm always happy after leaving here. You get a nice hand massage and they clean your rings so when I leave, my hair is looking fly, my wedding ring is blinging and I leave feeling beautiful! I am definitely not a hair wiz and I've made a ton of mistakes trying new hairstyles and new haircuts. When I go in and see Nate, he knows what I would look good with and I trust him 100%!!
