I have a vision for the future of fitness in Nashville and have dedicated myself to creating a productive and professional environment for trainers and their clients. I thought long and hard about what would make the best venue for helping people achieve positive lifestyle changes, and Next Level Fitness embodies that vision.
My career in fitness started in the military. As the designated "command fitness coordinator" of my command, I was in charge of the physical readiness of the entire crew. In addition to training, I did fitness evaluations to ensure that our nations finest were always up to the task of defending our country.

I've been training with Secoy Reeves for 7 months now and...wow!...he has changed my life! He has taught me that it's not just a diet and exercise but that it's a lifestyle. He has helped me become healthier physically and mentally. Together we set goals and crush them! Everyday I become stronger, have more energy, I'm more focused, and I'm living a healthier lifestyle for myself and my family. All the trainers here are positive and treat everyone like family! I can’t recommend training with Dani D. Fitness here enough! The gym is large and has a good assortment of equipment so your workouts are different every week. Dani is positive and uplifting and always encourages you when you think you can’t do something. She is a great communicator and checks in with you during the week and is super responsive if ever have any questions. The work outs are tough but I always leave feeling better about myself and what my body is capable of! Love your body throughout as Dani would say!!

Next Level Fitness is the place to be! I have been working out here for the last 4 years with Steven and can't say enough about the gym. There is a variety of equipment and it is always clean. If you have to run to work after, the bathroom/showers are an added perk. Steven is hands down the best personal trainer I have ever used. Very knowledgeable about not only exercises but also mobility and mechanics. He really breaks it down before throwing you into something you might not be ready for.

I've been training with Melissa Hayes twice a week and I love it! She pays very close attention to my form and has pointed out issues I didn't even realize I had. She works with what my body can do and pushes just enough. I've done a different set of workouts each session which keeps it interesting. And there's no time wasted, you really get your money's worth. The gym is clean and there's always plenty of space to workout. The other trainers are nice too. Over all great gym!

We had such an amazing experience with Dani at Next Level. I do not have a lot of weight lifting experience and Dani made me feel completely comfortable at the weight rack. Along with being a GREAT encouragement, she was also so easy to talk with which made my hour spent with her fly by.
My friend who also joined us has a bit more experience with heavier weights and Dani accommodated us both perfectly!
Dani is such an inspiring and encouraging women, Will be returning! :)

These last few weeks I've been working with Blake who's with Dani D. Fitness. If someone is looking to get started I'd say working with them is a great way to go. Blake is very encouraging, realistic and knowledgeable about what he does. The workouts are killer but they're aimed so that you can improve. I really appreciate that they practice body acceptance.
The gym is spacious and has a lot of equipment to use which is great and makes the workouts that much more enjoyable.

I have been going to Next Level Fitness for a few months. Dallas is my trainer and she is amazing. I was looking for someone who specializes in women only and she has been awesome. I already see results. The gym is clean, friendly and not at all intimidating. The trainers are like family to each other and not competitive. They are respectful of each other's space and I love that the gym is privately owned by a great couple. I feel good about supporting a small business and hard working people.

As a physician and surgeon I understand the importance of taking care of your body. I've been training at Next Level Fitness for over 4 years. The trainers provide customized personal attention, fitting the regimen to the needs of the individual. It's not simply about lifting weights or cardio. The exercise routines they design serve to improve flexibility, strength, and endurance, while being keenly aware of the individual's strengths and weaknesses, placing safety as the utmost priority. I've been training here for 3 years and highly recommend the trainers and the facility. Lee Maasen is my trainer and I have come to know the owner, Jack Haynes. As an professional in late career, its most important to me have a trainer who is safety conscious and who is willing to address the goals I set for myself, adjust as necessary, and help me prevent injury. I started training with Dallas a few months ago, it was the best decision I could've made for the end of the year. Not only has Dallas helped me grow physically with achieving personal goals, but she's also helped me gain more confidence within myself while pushing me. Melissa Haynes is the best! She put my faith back in the reliability of a personal trainer. She always fills you with positivity and encouragement. She also has no problem modifying certain workouts to best fit your comfort and strength level without making you feel bad about it, which I greatly appreciate! The gym is also awesome! I made the leap to get a personal trainer 2.5 years ago after having my first child. Next Level has been a sanctuary for me when it comes to health and fitness and feeling confident about my body again. My trainer, Marisa, has trained me through my postpartum journey (twice!) and all the way through my second pregnancy. I love that the gym is a large, clean space and always feel welcome by all the trainers there. 1) Attention to detail (In 2 sessions she knew exactly what my physical limits were and built workouts to help me learn better form and build my body in a healthy and manageable way)
2) Undivided attention (I never had her look at her phone or talk to someone else during our sessions, she's always 100% attentive to you, and that's something I really appreciate)
3) Nutrition mentoring

I feel really comfortable at Next Level. It's spacious and filled with natural light, and Jake and everyone else are so friendly and welcoming The environment is fun and unpretentious and its just a really nice place to spend an hour focusing on my wellness. Also, the gym lacks nothing equipment wise. Highly recommend!

There are not a lot of people in life who love their job. Every single trainer at next level does. I have known jack for almost ten years. I was there when this all started. He's trained me on and off for years but the past four-five months jack has been training me to help me get back not only my body but my self confidence. The energy in the place is addictive and beyond motivating. I love that there aren't people standing around staring at themselves in the mirrors. Everyone here is working and working hard.

I've had the privilege of having Daon Johnson as a personal trainer. Not only does he know what he's doing when it comes to health and fitness, but he actually cares about each of his clients. As a recent high school graduate looking to play baseball at the next level, I look to Daon to give me guidance on not only training, but the recruiting process as well. Last week I sent him a list of three schools I was interested in and he wrote me a sample email to send out to the colleges for free! I cannot say enough good things about Next Level Fitness and Brian Cockerham! Brian took time to understand my fitness goals and help me reach them. He understands what is needed to get you fit - he gives not only the one on one training there at the gym, but also what you need to do outside of being there to really get your rear in gear! I have lost 23 lbs, back to wearing all the great clothes in my closet. Not only have I gotten my weight back down but I look fit and younger - I have compliments all the time.
