We booked a deal online during their NYE sale, and got a reservation confirmation email. Hours later they called to say that they made a mistake, and that the posted rate their system let us select and reserve was invalid for the room type we had chosen. They should have honored it. Poor Customer Service. We will spend our money at a different hotel that cares.

Could really use a renovation, but it wasn't half bad. Great views if you're staying in a room on the right side and the back. If you're on the left, though, prepare to look at a brick wall. Free bowling at their sister hotel if you stay here, so there's a plus. Everything was in walking distance and easy access to the beach.

There NO pools on property except the one with the swim-up bar so it's always for of drunk people. PLUS if you have any disabled people in your group forget it because it does not have any safe access into the pool. As far as the efficiency goes, we'll it doesn't go anywhere bc kitchens are poorly stocked at best. NO room services at all.

Outdated. Everything is dirty. There was no basic utilities in the room, I had to switch rooms. Elevator sounded like it was gonna break. Carpets were nasty. Ac didn’t work properly in my room. Bugs bugs everywhere! Pools were dirty and water looked yellow. Only thing great was the view and my bed was soft.

Me and my best friend stayed at Hotel Blue this past weekend and it wasn’t the best but it wasn’t horrible. Check in was pretty good and the front desk people gave proper directions. We headed to our room and when we got there we were disappointed. The room, although clean, was very outdated and looked nothing like the pictures online. The door to our room was really heavy and hard to push open as well. Also, we booked an ocean view room and was given a balcony view room. Using the elevators were annoying and horrible to ride because it was so hot inside of them and they took so long to get

Our ocean view room was fantastic! Great shower head, with a full fridge and stove. The hotel is way too big for the size of the pool, coffee bar, and indoor bar. If you go down to the pool when it opens, there's very few people there... but at about 1, it is packed! The DJ does great when people make requests, otherwise he plays songs that really don't match the group. The pool bar requires you to pay there, so make sure to take your card or cash when you head down to the pool. The beds are extremely firm and you only get 2 pillows per bed. Overall, it was a great weekend getaway.

Staff were All friendly and helpful. Managers are there to see that you are satisfied to the best of their ability. The pool guys did a great job keeping the pool, chairs, etc clean. It was different not having your room cleaned daily and asking for towels, but it worked out. Water temperature was great, not cold. Sunrise and moonlit skies are fantastic. Beach is clean and not really crowded. Parking is under roof.

This hotel was actually really nice and I was honestly surprised because I read all of the poor reviews after I booked. Our room was spotless, the view of the ocean from the side was really nice, and it had a wall bed & couch which allowed us to fit 7 guests comfortably. The beds & sheets were pretty nice, the floors are tile which made cleaning up sand easy. Our only complaint would be poor drain, small kitchen, missing remote and lack of staff( but with covid who doesn't). This hotel was really nice compared to the other options the were around this area. We walked to the sister

First time staying there and definitely definitely would never ever go back again or recommend it to anyone!! Their website makes the hotel look like a gem. The only thing going for them is the closeness to the beach. The rooms are dirty, you need to wear socks or shoes the entire time you're in your room or your feet will get black and dirty on the bottom. There are stains on the bed sheets. The sheets for the pullout bed and the wall bed don't look like they have been washed in quite some time. I don't know if it's due to COVID or not-nothing was said ahead of time- but they

STAY AWAY!
I've seen cleaner motels. The pictures are nothing like the actual hotel. From the entrance, to the cold dark cement walls. The mattress was about 3 inches thick. There was broken glass, candy, and wrappers on the porch. Hairs in the gross tub, unwrapped used soap. The air filter hadn't been changed in probably months. The entire hotel smelled bad. After 20 of debating whether to drive 3 1/2 hours home, we had our stay refunded and found a place in North Myrtle beach.

CAUTION: Do not book a room here, they need to go out of business!!! 30% of the people in my group had their laptops, speakers, glasses, you name it stolen. The security guard said they have robberies ever 2 weeks, and the front desk did not care at all. The room was also 5 hours late when we arrived. This is actually the WORST hotel I've ever stayed at or think I will ever stay at. I pray you do not book a room here because this place needs to go bankrupt.

Don't stay here. OMG it's awful. The bed is liking sleeping on a board. The pool is 3 ft deep and the swim up bar is only open for 2 hours. It's so dirty and nasty. It took literally hours to check in. A girl next to me got in from NY and waited 6 hours to be checked in. Our room was ready after 7:30 pm.
It's a crap hole. Don't waste your time or money. It was packed with a bunch of drunk college kids screaming from the balcony. The "snack bar" is boarded up and the bar in the registration area is closed and when I called to confirm my registration the guy was

The air conditioning did not work in room 902 the bed was on a flat piece of wood and was a hard mattress it had black mold on it and I was eaten by bed bugs. The "environmental" person said he checked everything but nothing was touched it looked at when we were told the room was fine. I had a bed bug crawl by my face and that's when I called to tell them.

This place isn't worth the money . I had to change rooms 3 times . The floor was slippery, it was humid in the rooms , the floor and bed were nasty , and it was stinky . They wouldn't give me a refund after paying $190 . I felt like I was in a cheap motel . Never again . Really ruined my birthday celebration . The only good thing was the water pressure in the shower.

Bed bugs!!! Normally, I am not one to complain, but, after finding bed bugs in the room I felt like I needed to share. Please check the beds thoroughly if you book here. We checked in to a room on the 3rd floor. First the room was much older than it appeared online. We were going to make due with that, but, then we checked the beds like we always do when we check into a hotel. Pulled back the sheets to find bugs in between the fitted sheet and the top sheet. It wasn't even hidden! Called the front desk and they sent housekeeping up. She came with a shower cap and a cup to get a bug out of

2 stars for the location and view of the ocean. It's difficult to find a hotel for one night on the strip at a decent price--even in the off season. Many of the hotels have a two night minimum. We just needed a place to rest our heads while in town for a wedding.
The lobby is small. There's a small seasonal bar in the front, which was closed but didn't look too impressive. (The pamphlet in the room describing the bar definitely oversold it).
The front desk associate was friendly enough but was pretty slow and didn't seem to be knowledgeable about the hotel.
