Pros:
Our room was cheap.
Oceanfront view.
Cons:
The hallways constantly smelled like weed.
The pools were absolutely disgusting.
The beds were not comfortable and had weird stains on the sheets.
The elevator was terrifying. I was convinced it was going to fail on us.
The door going out to the beach was broken and was just left open for anyone to enter.
There's an additional $200 deposit for adults under 25.
Our room was cheap.

The wife and I stopped here on the way back from Florida to Virginia. Booked this place on Hotel.com. The pictures did not even come close to matching what this place looks like on the website. We checked in and had the same problem alot of other people did of having to wait. We finally went to our room and the room was dirty, under the sink, holes in the furniture and when we used the sinks the water was brown. The best part of our stay was the view of the ocean.

If we had the option to give them half a star we will, if you can avoid this place do it at all cost, there’s a bunch of people smoking everywhere starting from the front desk employee. In addition the carpet has not been cleaned/shampooed in years, the bathtub was clogged, the sink had a lot of mold and the elevators had a very bad smell.

I stayed here October 8 to October 9 at room 204 in the main building with ocean front view and 2 queen beds . The only reason I am giving 2 stars is the view and on the beach . This place could be so much more if someone did some repairs and straightened out their computer system . I only stayed here one day and that was plenty .

Where is the zero star!!!! What a horrible waste of a hotel. I have worked in hotel and hospitality for a long time and I have never experienced a worse place to stay than this place! The pictures are incredibly deceiving! We check in go to our room on the first floor which I asked for high floor. Walk in toilet handle is broken completely room is disgusting NOT CLEAN! Go to ask to be moved to another room and was told that’s it but, then you have a lady next to me just walking in asking for a room because she didn’t have a reservation and amazing they had one! Customer service is terrible

We took a chance on a last minute trip to Myrtle Beach. Despite seeing so many bad reviews, for the cost we decided to give this place a try. Our room was very clean. Beds were well made, sheets and pillows were clean. Bathroom was clean, water was hot. Bed was comfortable. We had no issues with opening or closing our balcony door. My only complaint was the lady at the front desk...she wasn't quite rude but wasn't overly friendly either.

BEWARE ROACH INFESTED, CLOGGED DRAINS, Housekeeping will enter your room and steal your belongings or in their words throw away your stuff by mistake.
I checked in with my family in room 132 on 10/2/21 and checked out 10/3/21

The only reason for the fourth star is because of the pool, lazy river, and outside bar that they have. The outside scenery is what makes this hotel. They really need to do remodel the hotel, period. I love the oceanfront view with your own private balcony. That was great. But they really need to spend some money and do a lot of updating on everything. They're way too busy, and only have one elevator for an eighth floor building and the housekeepers have to use it also....really sounds like they're being cheap. And they have to do better with their parking lots. I had to park in one of their parking

We really enjoyed our stay and the options of pools. Karaoke was fun to listen to and thought the selection of cabana drinks had a great variety (we didn't drink but will on our next stay without children). We did however find a spot of blood on one of our pillow cases. Could use some updating as far as some rust on lights and the outside of some air conditioning units. Balcony size was very nice, room quality and beds were very nice. Cleanliness. Housekeeping was friendly and respectful of space and checked in to see if anything was needed. Would love to see some sort of food option for guests

Online it asked if we need a early check in we said our flight is early so we asked to check in at 12 pm 3:30 still no rooms available we have 2 kids and a elderly woman they don't care they said try back at 4 there is no manager on site to talk to they said he be in after 4 these people are so inconsiderate never ever would i recommend a place like this to ANYONE we been waiting in the sun Little to no shade

Property was extremely ran down. We had to give towels in order to get them back and one day, we never got them back. There were cigarette marks on the balcony and the air conditioner was leaking making it wet. The one above was also leaking and dripped on my towels not allowing them to dry. There were holes in the curtains and the floors in the rooms didn't look as though they had been vacuumed in weeks. Never saw anyone vacuum the hallways. We stayed two and a half days and the elevator was broke both of the full days that we stayed. It made the 7 story walk up exhausting. Pool got closed

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! It is nothing like the pictures! First day checked in killed roaches in the bathroom. Rooms stink! Roaches everywhere! Went to call the office to report the roaches neither phone worked. Went to office twice over roaches. Nothing done! General manager said he would refund some cost because of this but this hasn’t happened! They don’t care! I went to the store and bought roach traps so I hopefully would kill them instead of taking them home! Couldn’t use the kitchen because of the roaches! The pool chairs are broke! I didn’t even attempt to sit on them! The air units

Don't let photos fool you!! Best thing is view from balcony!! I would not recommend staying here! Can find great views and better stay someplace else! Smell from hallway on 3rd floor has a smell of vomit and horse S#/+ mixed together that has sat in sun!! They sprayed but cant cover up stench like that until source fixed or removed! I cleaned with bleach, clorox wipes and lysol (3cans total) every day twice a day, still no luck. Had to walk thru smell to get to room. Once in, smell was in room. Honestly think smell coming from carpet and ventilation. Room needs to be cutted from top to bottom
