I literally had the worse hotel experience of my entire life. Having a huge walking disability, I have to make sure that the room I’m in must have easy access and away from the noise outside. Well after paying for my stay the floor manager whom knew about my existing condition and relative needs for comfort kept giving me the worse rooms this hotel had to offer. He insisted on having me paying more for “deluxe rooms”
Basically all 3i saw rooms were either small, old or run down and adjacent to the street level noise. And yes, they had cockroaches on the hall and stairs!

I love this place!! To begin with if you have Hyatt Regency taste then stay there. If you want to experience the original old Hawaii with great service and warm friendly people stay here. I cannot speak to all the rooms but my room was a large room with a kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster. Dishes and cookware provided. The king size bed was comfortable. Air conditioning work too well. They have free beach towels, and there is a parking garage across the street. It's two blocks from Waikiki Beach with tons of places to eat. From my lanai I could see the ocean

1) Unbelievably loud. 7am the doors start slamming. People going up and down the hallways. It wouldn't be so annoying except, oh wait get this, the doors have 2 foot by 3 foot openings which essentially means you can hear everything from every room on the entire floor. Around the window air conditioners you have a 2 inch gap which let's in even more noise. 2) the pillows are like rocks 3) the beds are worn and provide no support. You sink in and end up with back pain when you wake up. Won't be staying here again.

The only redeeming quality of this situation is the sweet front desk lady. The furniture looks like a hoarder literally found it by the side of the road, (the ridge was just a 15 year old random full size fridge sitting in the corner… what??) the lock barely worked, the balcony faces nothing, and the way the AC unit is fixed seems like a security hazard and gives you a front row seat to every drunken argument in Waikiki. It just didn’t feel clean or safe. You’re better off spending $100 on a car and sleeping in it.

But My daughter stayed in a tiny room.
And the price is regular.
Is there a small luggage storage area?
My daughter paid the regular price and stayed in a place like a luggage storage.
She is only 20 years old . they know she doesn't say complain to the hotel.
I'm indignant at it.

Economical 3 star Hotel with a 5 star location, near everything beach , restaurants entertainment, shopping public transport.
Hotel is complete with a swimming pool, and has a washer and dryer for your convenience.
If your on a budget this Hotel is a great find. Rooms are complete with microwaves refrigerator and stoves. So if your on a tight budget go to Walmart buy some food,prepare your own food and you can save a bundle. Food is quite expensive in Hawaii.

I found this on Booking.com. It is a great value considering the location. My room was clean and comfortable. A little noisy, but surprisingly not enough to keep me awake. My room had a peekaboo view of the Pacific. It was a dream palace. I would definitely stay again. Four stars because the pool is not operational. :-(
