A week later and a fire alarm is still going off... 24 hours a day non stop... haven't had a bad experience until now. Called twice to get a work order in before Christmas and still nothing. Hopefully someone will fix it before New Years or I'm calling a locksmith to open the damn door and I'll change the battery myself

Horrible, Horrible company to work with. No follow-ups at all, do repairs as cheaply as possible, default to blaming the tenant for issues instead of the broken object (such as an appliance, outlet, etc). It takes an act of congress to get them to ever reply to you, ever. The term "Like for like", found in the rental contract, isn't a thing for them, even though they're happy to push the same contract in your face whenever you make a complaint. Stay tf away from these folks. They're more than happy to overcharge rent and do the absolute bare minimum to fulfill their end.

Put in an application on Thursday, 6 days later and still haven't heard from them! I have called every business day so far and left messages each time. Basically took our money and ran. Pretty upset.
UPDATE: we are now 2 weeks post submitting application. After my initial review here they called me to tell me I was 2nd in line on a home and they were waiting for the person before me to provide proof of income. Also stated that if they did not receive it by the end of business day the following day then they would let me know and run my application. I have not heard from them since. I have called

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value
These people are incredibly rude and unhelpful! This has been one of the worse property management companies(unfortunately too many in the valley) I’ve had to deal with. And I don’t even rent from them!!

Ruined my life!!! Husband got sick no other choice had to move. Biggest mistake!!! I didn’t do my walk though with them I figured they have been ok for the past 6 years!! They hit me hard!!! 4 to 5 months later a $5000 bill I couldn’t believe it!! It already went to collections. They have made my life as a renter almost impossible!!! Be careful always do your walk through!!!!;—(——

Horrible experience with this place. Previous management companies were great, but the main manager lady literally asked my kids if we wanted to keep our dog we had that our previous management company knew about. She asked if the kids if they were ok with getting rid of the dog. Who does that? Puts kids in between their pets. Ask the adults and leave that business to them. She constantly made snide remarks and even when times were tough she loved to call us out for it. I would rather have the lazy company of the past than the brutal rude lady who is in place. Especially when you're in a complex
