She spent 10 years in Japan after completing her business degree at UNC Chapel Hill and created a successful Japanese corporation that imported American hand made products. A Realtor since 2001, she founded Colorado Su Casa Realty LLC in 2007 and has been committed to our community for the last 9 years.

Marketing: Our state of the art marketing website syndicates to all major rental home sites, in addition to yard and window signs. We also print out marketing flyers for all of our active listings. There is a $40 advertising fee when property is actively advertised for rent. Inspections: We conduct move-in inspections with digital pictures, move-out inspections, annual inspections, and more frequent inspections at our clients' request.

From I-25, take exit 142, Bijou St, and head west, towards the mountains, to Walnut Street and turn left. Head South on Walnut to Colorado Ave, turn left at the light to head east towards downtown.
