Priority Property Management (PPM) offers professional homeowners association management services at reasonable rates. Over the past few years, the need for these services has increased tremendously. PPM understands the many challenges homeowners associations are faced with in today's economy. Payments will be processed on the 7th day of each month or the next business day. Payments consist of the monthly/quarterly/annual assessments only. Fines and Special Assessments etc. will not be drafted, these payments must be made in an alternate manner. Print and complete with as much details as possible and mail to management.

They don't answer the phone and after MULTIPLE calls Jamie Allen will email you even though her
voicemail recording says she will respond within 48hours to your voicemail. 2 weeks later when she
does respond ( via email) she is VERY RUDE and VERY UNHELPFUL. I wish there was a negative star button because they definitely deserve it.
