I’ve been a tenant for two years with this company. They take days to weeks to respond to maintenance. Then upon finding out one of my amenities (fireplace) isnt even functional they just pretend like nothing happened and continue to charge me the same amount. And now that im moving out, they won’t even work with me on an exit plan. Hard to recommend a place that can’t even consider personal circumstances and is so hands off. Took almost 2 weeks to get a heater replaced. 5 days to get a fridge, and again never had a fireplace i was paying for, and now theyre trying to charge me rent because

I'm writing this review as a tenant in an All County property in Colorado Springs for over a year now. They are the worst property management company I've ever worked with (including 3 years in a crappy apartment in NYC). Their only allegiance is to the "client" which in this case is the property owner, not the tenant. One time their website wouldn't take my online rent payment. Despite documentation of this error they put the blame on me. In order to get the money to their client on time they demanded that I run around town getting a money order even though I was standing

Probably the worst property management company I've had the displeasure of dealing with since moving to Colorado. So greedy, in fact, that they attempted to tell me I'd still be responsible for the utilities AFTER THE NEXT TENANT MOVES IN!! Beware of interactions with these people, and always know your lease inside and out. They will screw you any chance they get.
Allen reality are the best property Managers I've dealt with here. If you have the chance go through them instead.

Be careful with this company as the Rental agents are unprofessional. If they have to come in your place to check it for anything make sure that they have clean shoes without mud on them. Any agent with class would take their shoes off at the entrance of your apartment. Once the agent left our place the living room area smelled liked a ash tray.

They'll charge you for everything little thing they can find even it wasn't in working order when we moved in. Scandalous agent Promises of things getting fixed, just not a company you'd want to rent from.

I wouldn’t even give them one star but Google made me. They took over the property management of the duplex I’m renting, and they have just been awful. Contractually, they are obligated to pay the water and the trash bill for me and my neighbor, but I woke up today only to find that the water was shut off. I called Pueblo Water to find out what was going on, and they said that it was shut off for non-payment. So All County hasn’t been paying the water like they were supposed to for THREE months at least. Not only that, my upstairs bathroom started leaking and the water was coming through

I rented from this company for 1 year, When I planned to vacate the property, I gave 60 days notice, HD the place 3 times cleaner than when I moved in, out of an 800$ Deposit I received 40$ back. They charged me for,a ceiling fan removal that was there when I moved In, removal of an old security system that was there already, A new kitchen faucet, There was nothing wrong with the original. So, overall my current experience has been almost 5 stars but there are so many poor reviews I am still a bit apprehensive.
I have lived in a property managed by them for a year now. Currently all repairs and replacements have been delt with quickly, almost always less then a week.
All the maintenance men are amazing and kind, they never mind my baby when he's grumpy and let him watch often.
We hope to stay here many more years and are wishful that the service this management company provides will not falter during that time.

As a renter, their processes are cumbersome and not clear. From applications, to payment, to leaving the unit.
When we call for help we leave messages and no one returns our calls In a timely manner. If they’re supposed to be representing the homeowner, they’re not doing a good job. I would not use them to represent me if I owned a rental property.
Also, when repairs are needed they are slow to respond. For example, I have been without air conditioning for three weeks - end of August through September - and they have not fixed the problem because it is a warranty issue with the home. The

After renting for two years we waited the stated 60 days to get our deposit back. This was given timely. We got a partial deposit back but it was the majority. We submitted a deposit rebuttal same day for two main items we did not agree on being charged. We then waited an additional 5 months to hear back. I checked for status 2 times through email; once was ignored, the next they just said it was being processed. We finally get an answer and we were not refunded our two items. I then submitted an email response about the items because I feel we didn't have control over these two charges but

This is a total scam! Don't do it! They take your money for an application fee 47.00.
They send you a code for the lock box to get into the property. We looked at the property and it was filthy! They had one excuse after another. Mold in the shower, not clean at all!
This company does not refund your money for the application fee if you decide not to take properties and you're out of luck.
I would stay away from this company! Not professional!

All County has a habit of treating their tenants in lower income areas, without respect or understanding. When I lost my major source income, I reached out to them letting them know the situation and I was doing all that I could to pay rent on time. Prior to that, I paid on time or early, during the pandemic when others were late or could only pay half. During that time, they didn't charge the $50 late fee. I lost my job, donated plasma to help pay rent, and was one day late in paying. Got charged the $50 late fee. If you don't want to deal with lower income tenants, then don't manage properties

Stay so far away! They tour apartments and make people pay application fees for apartments already rented out. 803 YUMA STREET: absolutely not. The inside of each unit fluctuates with the outdoor temperature due to no AC, which means it's 100+ degrees inside every day of the summer. You can hear everything through the walls, including things at normal volume. It's in an UNSAFE AREA with people constantly walking by, parking their cars across the street to sleep in, trying to go downstairs to get into the storage facility (all county denied a no trespassing sign). These people are absolute shitbags. Rented for only 4 months due to medical issues (wife got chronically ill and still is, and all county won't give us back our security deposit and charging me for ridiculous things like holes in the wall. We didn't even hang up any pictures when we rented from them. Had to put multiple trouble calls in before anything got done. Asked numerous times to meet with Scott Glasscock (scumbag owner) , Kari Rodriquez (dirtbag employee) and never got an email back. Kari said I didn't leave the garage remotes which is just another lie that they made up.

This property management requests 3 to 5 applications at one time charge 45 dollars per adult. Then, decides on who they feel are " best fit" oppose to first come first serve. So essentially they pocket 3 to 4 hundred dollars or more per property through the application process before they actually accept a candidate. And those are just the approved candidates. Not the individuals that aren't approved. Its bad business do not fall into the trap.

Showed little to no interest in getting me signed quickly. They were taking so long to process my application that the home owner thankfully allowed me to move in before approval from all county. After being moved in they took ages to write up the lease once ready I didn't plan on signing it until Friday Of the week because I'd be tied up at work all week after they close I made my leasing agent aware of this and she tricked me into signing the day of (Tuesday) that i told her so that today wendsday they could send me an eviction notice. Completely left my fathers house in disarray. Thousands of dollars in damages that we must fix ourselves. Do not allow this property management company to manage your property. They did nothing but collect a paycheck and let the tenants demolish our house. Terrible company. We will be filing a law suit for the damages!

Worst property management company around! Stay away! We rented for 2 years from these people and had nothing but issues which they will take their sweet time to fix. First upon moving in the house was dirty, there was grease all over the top of the countertops, and stove in the kitchen, the carpet stunk, and was not cleaned, the blinds and windows were dirty and never cleaned, basically we moved into a house we had to clean and were being charged $1500 per month to live in. During the Holidays last year we had a water pipe bust in the wall and my family (including 2 children) went without running

I rent a home in briargate for nearly 2k a month. Bad first impression when the keys they gave me didn't open any of the doors to the home. Had to be rekeyed ... One would think that would , have been checked prior to signed legal documents. But fixed
After move in, plumbing leaking under sink. Property manager sent grumpy maintenance man and he found no leak and fixed nothing. He argued with me and blamed my kids for the wetness under the sink. I complained as the leak continued and property manager sent out a, plumber. Plumber identified leak immediately and fixed it... Along with the putrid

Don't ever rent from this company. They will rip you off. If you are an owner, save face with the people who rent your home and don't use this company as your management company. They kept most of our deposit. We did everything that was asked of us and it wasn't good enough. Multiple times we requested a final walk through with them and were denied. We were just charged by them again for things we had already paid people to do. If we had received the walk through we requested we would have made it right thus receiving our full deposit back. Read all of the posted one star reviews. Even the "not recommended ones". They exactly mirror my dismal experience as an owner and a person I know who has also rented from them. They do as little as possible, collect as many fees as they can, have no concept of communication and they DO give the lock box number to people to view a house without showing up. The descriptions and pictures they post aren't even accurate. They expect the renter and the owner to do all of the work to keep the house maintained. They don't respond to phone calls or e-mails. They make errors in posting

Home owners looking for a management company to rent their home BEWARE!!! The worst management company you could find. They are not home owner freindly when it comes to their contracts. No protection for the home owner.

Expect large maintenance bills for trivial repairs. They are obviously getting kick backs from their vendors...

Very un organized company that has no idea what they are doing. I would strongly recommend going somewhere else if you need a property management company

Terrible! Beware!!!
They will set appointments and not show up for them. They will not give tenants notice when they will be showing the property. Will NOT follow up with owners on what is happening with the property. Will give out the code to lock boxes to any one and let them go by themselves.( Perfect oppertunity for someone to copy keys!!!!) Won't be there to answer questions or direct you. They are incompetent, lazy and untrustworthy.
DO NOT LET THEM HAVE CONTROL OF YOUR PROPERTY!!
