This is a placeholder until I can find the words to properly describe just how bad this company is. Whatever you do, do not move into unit 103 at 3014 Arcadia St. It floods continually (15+ times within a month was our record!) and instead of fixing the problem for the next tenant Progressive Property has simply painted over the water damage and fixed nothing else. (There's a reason the door on the vanity in the bathroom get stuck--its warped from water damage.)

My wife and rented from progressive property group for a year then spent a brief time period with a different property management company. Now we are happy to say that we are in the process of returning to Progressive property group. This time we had the pleasure of working with Shie Doren who's truly went above and beyond with keeping us informed throughout the process, has been professional, courteous, and has moved the process along quickly.

My landlord had gone through 2 management companies in the 2 yrs I was here before they went with PPG. And I didn't even realize what a good management company was untill I had these guys. They are quick to get stuff fixed and I love that they don't mind email and text and best yet they care about my kids and I and there is no price I can put on that. Thanks guys.

I work with Rachel as she helps manage a townhouse I recently inherited. Progressive has managed it for years prior. Rachel is responsive, helpful, and seems very knowledgeable about every aspect of management that she and I have worked through. I appreciate having someone keeping me informed of issues, solutions, options, opinions (when asked), and comparisons of similar situations. If I ask for information it's quickly supplied in a positive, useful fashion. Can't recommend Progressive (and Rachel) enough!

Made the mistake of not reading the reviews before signing with Progressive Property Group. Between my two roommates and I, we have probably leased at 10-15 different apartments/ houses throughout college and post grad life. I can confidently say this is the worst managed leasing company any of us have had to deal with. Prepare for non-responsiveness from this company for days even when you call for an emergency. I have complete confidence with PPG as a leasing company and realtor. Honest, fair, and the local knowledge is impressive. The lease agents Sara, Shumile and Miles met me at the house and set a firm plan for rental. Today Shumile called to tell me I had a strong lease full price. This all happen in less then on month, awesome. As a out of town owner very important. I have no doubts your needs in leasing and home buying will be met.

She is by far the best I ever known!
