We manage a storage warehouse with 90 over-sized individual units located at 4070 Camelot Circle in Mead, Colorado 80542. The site is on 10+ acres with large areas paved with concrete. Most of the units are 20' X 40' and 20' X 50' and have high garage doors. They are ideal for RV storage and commercial use.

If you plan on renting a home from this company BEWARE! Chasity is an unpleasant miserable landlord. This was my worst experience as a tenant. My entire security deposit was taken along with false claims for damage . This seems to be a pattern with landhuis and it seems as tho Chastily extremely unhappy and miserable . former tenants have left similar reviews and chances are ,u will experience it to . I think it’s time for landhuis to think about their reputation in Colorado Springs or investors to rethink their representation. landhuis is awful ! Chasity’s inflated sense of self attitude really

Chastity is the WORST to work with here. So if she is a reflection of this company I would say to stay far away. She was always put out when we called her as renters, and she never would do what she said she was going to. I am not one to leave bad reviews... but it has been a nightmare to work with. Unfortunately the places they rent are so nice, but this has been our experience.

Worst experience in my rental history...had people break into my unit and management did NOTHING (DIDN'T FIX THE DAMAGE ON MY DOOR) nor do they take priority to ensure a great stay for customers. They lied about security and how they provide such a thing...
An older gentlemen was waiting 4 weeks for light bulb replacements in his unit so i was asked to help and i did and payed for the bulbs out of my own pocket because management refused to take priority in their customers what so ever..
Also my truck was stollen off the property and they did nothing other then ensure me the security cameras
