I have not been so disappointed with a casino. Old very outdated elevator. Only 1 to service the whole 2nd and 3rd floors. The stairs had sticky stuff all over them. The filter in the heater could not even move air. We paid for breakfast in advance, only to be told the kitchen was closed and we were given microwave sausage biscuit that tasted old. For the kitchen being closed there was a lot of take out. Half the slot machines they had out of service. The people who are supposed to be working the floor are to busy talking with each other and their regulars to help visitors. This is the only time

Autsch, why this "hotel" was booked by our team I don't know. Wow, it was better than sleeping in the car, friendly and courteous front desk, no room service (don't expect that they clean your room) since it had a clean shower, a bare bone kitchenet, two queen beds with mattresses not replaced the last 500 years (way to soft, like sinking in = back pain). Dusty, dirty carpets (don't we have a health department in Vegas).
Bare minimum of not running out the door and get a refund. We just came back to rest. Not again. Sorry team!

The smoking in the public areas including the restaurant was a turn off. However, the burgers are extraordinary! Too bad Five Guys...lol. Yes this place seems ancient but you get what you pay for. The hairdryer didn't work. There was a fridge but no microwave. Our double queen room was large. Bathroom was clean but tub stopper didn't work, so only shower. Here's a tip. Turn on the heater on high fan and turn on Bathroom lights leaving the door open. The bathroom will warm up very comfortably.

Paid $728 for 2 weeks including the resort fees and taxes. Incredibly cheap considering the other hotels try to hide the “resort fee” until you have your credit card out. The hotel room is really big. Has a separate kitchenette, no microwave. Has big separate living room with a couch, chairs and an ottoman. 42” tv. The curtains, carpet and bedding are old and tattered and I guess thats why others rated this hotel low. It has been very quiet and peaceful here. All the employees have been friendly and accommodating. The little restaurant serves a nice inexpensive breakfast. I will definitely

The security guards is an amazing, helpful asset to this place! Check in was easy. The beds are super comfortable. The pool is beautiful; it is closed for the season though. The Bon Tempe (sp??) Breakfast was so good and very affordable. My 16 year old grandson ended up full... that rarely happens! My daughter had a Denver Omelette and said it was the best omelette she has ever had at a restaurant. One elevator is broken, so it was a bit difficult for us to take everything to our room.

Front desk & the the older beautiful lady that works inside the bar people are really nice and friendly(no complaints)about them. But the owner of this place needs to invest in this hotel. Shower curtains are old and dirty, there was hair left in the wall of the bath tub, red spots on the wall. I don’t care how much you paid we are living in a pandemic I really do expect rooms to be clean I brought my Lysol and Clorox Wipes it made a difference. The room is spacious with a the sofa separate from the beed plus a small kitchen with a fridge.

You get what you pay for. The room was generally tidy. Great size with living room area, kitchen space and bed was comfortable.
The staff is very friendly and helpful.
The area is sketchy, had police cruisers at this place daily and heard random gun fire. Otherwise the people in the area are friendly, a lot of homeless people but even they are kind.
Its super close to the convention center and the monorail. So if you are looking for a discount place to stay its not bad at all.

This is a little bit of a complex review as I have mixed emotions about this place. The evening staff were awesome! The security guards were hilarious and the employee working that night helped me switch out a room as the one room I had had stains on the sheets (you can tell they were cleaned yet...). Also, the housekeeping staff were super helpful when I requested more towels and extra sheets since they do not do housekeeping while you are still in the room (remember that if you decide to stay here).
Unfortunately, the day staff is not as trained as they should be. The person that was staying
