I have been extremely happy with my decision to go with Mario for management of my property. I talked to a few other services prior to hiring him but went with him because of his deep knowledge of the Baltimore rental market, his very straightforward step by step explanation of the process to get the property ready for rental, and lastly, his relationships with trusted contractors, which makes any work that may need to be done an extremely speedy and painless experience. He is communicative, transparent and just an all around great guy to have in your corner. Highly recommend :)

I interviewed several companies for managing my property. I liked how Frank was a smaller company who was easy to get ahold of and didn’t nickel and dime every little thing. They went above and beyond when it came to making sure the property was ready for tenants and was able to get someone in quickly. Highly recommend!

Before I chose Mario, I talked to a lot of his other customers. What I liked was that most of the ones I talked to either moved back in to their homes or planned to (and recommended him). While I don't plan to move back into my house, this was a clear sign to me that he was going to take good care of my house, and, after 2 years, it turns out I'm not wrong. Mario has a knack for placing really great tenants, and he's super responsive.

Great full service from a small, independent company. Despite us getting to the market late in the rental season, Mario was able to get renters at a great rent agreement, for a 2 year lease! Everything from the pictures, guiding us through the process and city paperwork, and getting set up with a portal to view the status and info for our property, all was done professionally, smoothly, and with little worry on our part. Have already recommended Mario to other homeowners looking to rent out their places. For our situation where we were going to be many timezones away from the property, this company
