This company is a complete scam!!! They do not operate like a management company should, or even really at all. They do not follow up with maintenance request and you will be expected to do all the maintenance yourself. They make it almost impossible to contact anyone for help, and when you finally are in contact with someone they often are not able to help you.

I would give ZERO stars if I could. Poor customer service, no one answers the phone or response to emails. When you finally reach someone they say there going to follow up and never do by the time you receive another response it's been 3-4 weeks. This is a follow-up review because I left a raving review in 2020 when we first signed up with BMG. However, that must have been to get me in the door because ever since it's been a nightmare. I'm the owner of a rental property and the handling of my property has been less than satisfactory. I'd like to commend Christian A. for staying on top of getting an appliance at my rental property repaired. Christian continued to be the go between me and the servicing company, making sure the repairs were completed swiftly. I’ve had a good experience with BMG so far! I’ve been working with Christian Apaniada as property manager. He stays on top of things and always keeps me in the loop. All the tenants BMG has secured are always on time with their rent payments, etc. I’m glad to have them as my property management company. I recently added a second property for that reason and Christian has been doing a good job of getting the property ready for renting.

I wished I had listened to reviews before moving into a Bay Management property. From leaking windows leaving my apartment with water everywhere to refusing to extend my lease for 2 months at the end of my 3 years, bay management is horrendous. Even if the property looks nice, run far away. I am afraid of the move out process and the none sense I am sure they will pull.

Absolutely horrific experience dealing with this management company. Rented a place in fell's from a private owner who hired this company to manage his properties without any warning to his tenants. Have been left for a year without a working washer, no screens on my windows and without lights in my staircase. All kitchen cabinet and bathroom repairs were also never addressed. I was also supposed to have a second parking spot that I was never assigned.

Don’t rent from them, or mount vernon apartments, they genuinely do not care about their tenants. They will squeeze every cent out of you for the place, skimp on adequate maintenance and refuse to take accountability. I have put in two maintenance requests since moving in three months ago, and neither have been handled. They gave me the wrong key to one of the front entrances when moving in and now want me to pay $75 for them to give me the right copy. For the prices they ask for, tenants should have much better conditions than they do. Rent with another company.

Absolutely avoid using this management group. They rip off the owners and renters both. The leave homes absolutely filthy and unlivable and expend tenants to do repairs. They promise appliances that don't end up working and will wait months to replace and they'll hire unlicensed people to completed big tasks like fixing leaks and it'll be done incorrectly. I would not recommend this business to anyone! Complete nightmare

I have always received great communication and assistance whenever I have needed it. They were really friendly and they took my housing voucher and did their best to get me in something that was suitable for me and my tastes and needs. They were not successful in getting me into anything however because the landlord was refused to accept an offer from housing. They contacted me immediately to return my deposit. I have been renting from Bay Management Group LLC since February 2020. My overall experience has been pleasant. My property is very nice, updated and clean and in a great location. Maintenance is very responsive and will come out to complete work orders in a timely fashion. My property manager Harvey Malla is very responsive and communicates well with me. Our first year of renting they were annoying but not enough to leave a review, this rental year we have a new assigned manager and the issues have grown past annoying. Things take weeks to a month to get fixed, they are responsive in acknowledging you reached out but hardly ever circle back, and my goodness the errors in communication. This should be zero stars. BMG facilitated a hostile environment in the place we rented in Towson Md. My daughter and I rented this place and were burglarized by the neighbor next door the first day we rented. A known offendor next door who was given a key to our place by them. He robbed us and he was let off by claiming that he was 'checking' out the place for the owner on behest of BMG (they managed the property). Bay Management bought out our previous management company towards the end of our lease and immediately began making our lives as tenants worse. They cancelled a standing work order to fix a water leak that was damaging our kitchen ceiling. I was a client of BPM for 8 years. They worked with me to lease my property to two tenants. They placed a tenant in March, they paid the 1st month rent which went to Bay Mgmt. and hasn't paused since. Because of the court situation it will be months until we able to evict tenants. My house isn't rented yet but so far Andrew and the crew at Bay Management group have been great! Very responsive and honest. I love how they incorporate technology in the document exchange process.
