Read the reviews carefully because they only take your application fee and never EVER help you actually get the property. At this point I'm quite sure it's a scam. They only respond thru email and that takes days. Remember the name AARON FISCHER.... You will if you ever use them. RUN FAR FAR FAR FAR FAR AWAY!!

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE FRAUDS! I never write reviews about anyone, but these people need to be taken down. I was trying to rent a property but they wouldn't take my roommate on the tour until after we signed the lease and gave them a security deposit (in cash) at a secondary location. When we went to ask the current tenants if we could just let my roommate see the house, they told us they renewed their lease. When we asked the realtor (Aaron) about this, he denied it and demanded that we gave him the deposit and signed lease in-person the next day at noon (Monday). Notice that they wanted us to

Just viewing the property I should have known there would be problems. First got there waited for 15 additional minutes because the person showing the property was late. No notice nothing but informed me if I was running late to inform them. After viewing the property I asked next steps and was told to complete app and send all information to Aaron. Information, payment and everything included were submitted to the property same day. Nothing. You generally get some type of response regarding the property within a few days. It took for me to request my app fee back in order to even get a response

I rented a one-bedroom apartment in Mid-Town Belvedere from Staffordshire Realty for one year from the summer of 2020 to June 2021. Finding an apartment during the pandemic was made easy by their team, and I appreciated the efforts they made to provide a video tour of the unit and answer my questions during the application process. My husband and I are moving to Baltimore in a month. We have been looking for housing and Staffordshire has posted multiple properties through Craigslist and Zillow. We have been contacting them multiple times for one property and instead of answering we see that they just keep reposting the same property over and over again on Craigslist.
We finally got a response for a property and a realtor's work email rather than emailing through Craigslist or Zillow. This realtor, David, seemed very friendly and professional and was being very responsive. He sent us the application materials for a property

I had 3 people attempt to contact Staffordshire for a listed rental. We heard nothing for 4 days. We tried the website email portal. But it had fatal errors and told us to contact the admin if this continues. NOBODY answers the phone at any time. Finally got an email from Aaron. We could either see the place on a Wed at 7pm or not at all. They would not call me to talk on the phone after several requests.. We said good day and walked away. Sooo many bad vibes. I will say that they have provided two of the nicest properties I've visited and for a reasonable price. They're pretty easy going, and when there is something wrong, they work to address it. Our heat went out, and Aaron brought us space heaters within 48 hours to help make the situation more manageable while we waited on parts to ship from another part of the US. Sometimes the communication comes across a bit defensive, but overall, the experience has been a good one, and I would recommend staying with them. They also definitely appreciate tenants who take good care of the property.

My two roommates and I lived in a row home on Light Street managed by Staffordshire Realty for 3 years. We were nothing but pleased. They are responsive with emails and phone calls, responsible for fixing damages in the house (which haven’t been many) and very easy/flexible to work with. Highly recommend!

We can’t enough about how pleased we are with Aaron. Being new landlords, we had many questions about the process and Aaron was very patient and helpful. He has proven to be completely trustworthy with processing the rent each month. Also, he is very responsive to any concerns we have and he checks on the tenants to be sure that all is well inside the apartment. When the existing lease was near expiration, Aaron made a plan to obtain a virtual video of the unit so it could be seen by prospective tenants during Covid restrictions. A qualified tenant was found and signed up in less than two weeks

Stay away from this company. All their reviews from tenants are so bad it's amazing they manage to stay afloat. They are MIA when you need them most. And have quite an attitude with their tenants.

Aaron was an absolute pain to work with. There were "problems with my application" turns out the problem was he couldn't properly spell which is what messed up the credit check part of the application.

If I can rate this company less than 1 star I would have! EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL! I have been trying to rent a property from Tom for more than 2 months it is darn there impossible to reach ANYONE! They don't communicate in a timely matter. I had to threaten a legal matter just for a response! Just to be told I got denied with no denial reason!!! Never ever even attempt to show interest in these properties I believe this company is beyond sketchy !

This was the WORST leasing experience I’ve ever had with a management company in the Baltimore area. Avoid this company at all cost. When I moved into the house I lease from Aaron and Tom it was disgusting. The house was infested with bugs and there was even a live maggot in one of the cabinets. Carpets where dirty, backyard was covered in trash and furniture left by the previous tenants. Light bulbs out, HVAC not cared for.

Aaron managed my property for several years and it was always a hassle free, worry free experience. He did a great job handling anything that needed to be taken care of at the house which I appreciated as I didn't even live in the same state. I always trusted him to handle things quickly and in a cost efficient manner. If you're looking for a competent property manager that's really easy to deal with, look no further. Aaron and Staffordshire Realty have been great, it was a much better experience than previous managers that I had used.

I sadly was a tenant in two places run by Staffordshire. I would advise everyone to avoid at all costs. Tom and Aaron were always very slow to respond, and I always got the feeling they were legally doing very shady things.

Once my roommate was having plumbing trouble. Staffordshire sent out a plumber. A few days later they sent him an email stating what he owed. Staffordshire present him with a bill that they themselves had written up with the amount they requested just copied and pasted onto. When my roommate asked for the real bill, the one from the plumbing company, he never heard back after

I would never recommend Staffordshire Realty after my experience renting from them for 1 year. Aaron was the primary person I dealt with after renting the property and he is unprofessional, dishonest, and aggressive when he is challenged on these behaviors.

Shortly after moving in (~1.5 months), I woke up to find a large area of black mold growing on my bedroom ceiling with water soaking through the dry wall and onto the carpet. I promptly contacted Staffordshire Realty with pictures and despite this it took over 3 months to get the mold removed and stop the ceiling from leaking copious amounts

We have used Aaron to manage our rental property for close to three years and he has made the process easy every step of the way.
We are able to stay as hands off as we want to be on day to day issues but Aaron keeps us in the loop when we need to be. He has tackled both small and large projects for us with ease. Every one star review I have read about this company rings truth with my experience with Aaron. He may do a better job representing home owners but I can say that when his company took over the building I lived in each and every tenet was outraged by the unprofessionalism of Arron's tone in email. Every email from Arron left me confused and and angry at how I was being spoken to. I will never do business with this company again. This is how I feel after waiting 7 months to leave a review.

We lived in a home managed by Staffordshire for a year. The home was nice, but anytime we had to communicate with Aaron, he was unprofessional and defensive. Everything was a fight for no reason. We dreaded having to contact him about even small things. At the end of our lease, we started communicating with Tom who was very nice. My husband and I rented a property through Staffordshire Realty from May 2017 through May 2018. We quickly realized the mistake we had made, but at the this point we were obviously stuck in a year-long lease. The first major issue that I noticed was that it was nearly impossible to get a clear answer to normal questions from Aaron. I'm a very organized and responsible adult so I naturally wanted to make sure that we knew what fees we were responsible for outside of rent.
