As first time home buyers, Steven made things so comfortable and easy for us to understand and saved us from buying a home that would have probably been a money pit!
The inspection was so thorough that when we received quotes from an additional handyman and AC person about the things that need to be repaired, they all complimented how well done the inspection was and how easy it was for them!

BiltRite Home Inspections was amazing to work with. From the first call to set up to the appointment, BiltRite was great. They showed up early to the appointment along with the WDO inspector - they worked seemlessly together.
Throughout the entire inspection, Steven fully explained what he was doing, what we saw, and what he was going to do next. He was able to thoroughly investigate every piece of the house, taking an abunance of pictures and notes, and had a completely thorough report same day.
He was friendly, very detailed, and prided himself on excellence. The final report is a great format

BiltRite Home Inspections has gone above and beyond for my customers. Their prices are competitive, and I love that they include 4pt & Wind Mitigation reports with their standard package. They also seamlessly coordinate 3rd party WDO inspections, who show up while the home inspector is present, which makes it much easier when dealing with sellers' & tenants' scheduling constraints. The inspectors are very knowledgeable, and the office staff is extremely helpful even while handling multiple requests & inspections all at once. My Electritian could not install the lights in the bedrooms because a short circuit we had and did not mentioned in the inspection report. I let him talk with BiltRite and inform them the details. They did not reply to my emails after that. I paid for another company to fix the issue. I do not recommend this home inspection company.

I had two inspections done, both through BiltRite. The inspectors from BiltRite was extremely thorough and really took his time to make sure he was meticuous when doing his walk through of the house. Extremely professional and courteous. Timely service and the process of scheduling the inspection was very simple. I would highly recommend.

We contacted BiltRite on Monday the inspection was completed on Tuesday. Raymond went through every thing he found at the inspection then we had our inspection emailed to us on Wednesday. We are trying to close at quickly as possible BiltRite did a through inspection and did it quickly awesome company. Great people friendly and professional.

Had a home inspection done on a newly renovated home we were buying. First inspection found several issues that we asked to have repaired. These included some minor leaks in the house. Seller repaired everything we asked and second inspection was fine. Signed papers and moved in. First day in new home we discovered standing water in dishwasher and no hot water in master shower. Both were items that were originally leaking. Called and spoke with owner. Admitted the inspector did not fully inspect them and gave us a refund. I paid to have both issues fixed. Chuck Nash performed a pre purchase home inspection for us and did a outstanding job, he took his time, was extremely thorough, polite professional and took the time to explain what he was doing and what he found. Used Biltright when we purchased our home as well. I cannot agree with the previous post that this inspector had our back, which he obviously did not. Inspector Michael Munn was also recommended to us by our realtor at Watson. Mr. Munn went through the motions of checking everything, pointing out a few flaws here and there. Even brought out his drone to check the roof which clearly showed signs of wear obvious to the naked eye. Two years later, we are still battling leaks in our windows and walls. We used Biltrite to inspect 2 homes. So glad we did! Michael found a significant problem in one house which initially he smelled with his nose (yes his nose!) And that led him to uncovering a costly mold problem inside the exterior wall. There was zero outside sign of moisture and he applied a moisture sensor where he suspected something and bingo found big problem. Wall was later remediated by another company but mold persisted and we decided not to buy. Michael's reports are thorough and include photos he took. I would not use anyone else for a house inspection.

Michael Munn, the owner, was recommended to me by my realtor to inspect the house we are buying. Having been very impressed with the inspector I used in my previous home I decided to roll the dice and go with Mr. Munn.
He meticulously went through the house noting discrepancies and explained what he was looking for along the way.
