Ryan came out to my home to complete the 11-month new home inspection. Ryan was very thorough with the inspection, and once the inspection was completed he showed me where the issues where that needed to be addressed by the builder. He also answered any questions I had with such a wonderful and professional attitude. I'd recommend First Choice Building Inspection to anyone who's looking for a home inspection.

I would put more stars if I could, not only was the inspection in depth but he took the time to explain to me everything and outline the solutions and priority of the items. I’ve dealt with a few different home inspectors in a few different states and this is for sure my top experience, wouldn’t go to anyone else.

I've purchased more than 5 homes through VA and seldom ever had feedback from the inspectors unless there was something which needed to be replaced right away. Ryan has been the best home inspector I've ever hired or encountered. He is very thorough and detail oriented. I definitely got my money's worth! I highly recommend his services!

Ryan has been incredible!! I hired Ryan to inspect a condo for my 82 year old mom, who is moving to PV from the Northeast. Ryan was exceptionally thorough and incredibly patient as he explained everything to my mom, walking her through the condo to show her it all. He's so good that I hired him to reinspect after the seller agreed to fix all 39 issues. I couldn't recommend him more highly!

Ryan T was PHENOMENAL. I called in a panic after he was recommended by a friend- I’m 8months pregnant and wanted to be sure the 1941 home was thoroughly checked and safe for our newest tiny addition, and when I say his report was an extreme attention to detail- I mean- EXTREME! Everything was so clear and easily comprehendible- we are confident in being able to negotiate some with the seller to cover some of the repairs needed, and we wouldn’t be able to do that without Ryan and his partner Bob that was with him. Very personable team, didn’t make us feel like we were asking stupid questions
