Bradley was my home inspector and he did an awesome job! Not only was he professional but he was also thorough. He took the time to explain everything and had pictures of all the stuff he found and wrote in the report. I hired Bradley for a second time after my first house fell through in appraisal. I liked Bradley so much I was determined to use him again. Bradley was out of town on vacation when I reached out. I was surprised he not only contacted me back, but made sure he was available for my inspection. Bradley turned the inspection report around in less than 24 hours! I was referred to Bradley by a real estate agent. And after reading reviews about his service, I scheduled BW Homes Inspections to perform a home inspection for a prospective property I wanted to buy. After the deal fell threw, I reached out to schedule another inspection for another home. However I did not hire Bradley the second time around.
