I had an issue that arose from a crawlspace inspection that AmeriPro completed for me while I was under contract for a house in Jax, and they helped me to resolve the issue instead of choosing to not do anything about it. Specifically, Chris Cooper was very helpful, insightful, and understanding of the situation, which led to the favorable outcome and resolution of a very lengthy and costly home repair.

What began as a negative experience with this company has been completely turned around thanks to exceptional customer service and follow through provided by Ameripro manager Brendan Sexton and his team. About 6 years ago I engaged Ameripro to complete an inspection on a home I was purchasing - upon selling that home this year, it was discovered that the Ameripro inspector that completed my initial inspection (who is no longer with the company) made an egregious error on the report - one that would cost me a significant amount of money to remedy before selling my home. Charles was a very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and overall great inspector. He arrived early and immediately started walking through the house. He happily answered all and any questions I had. He explained things thoroughly and to my understanding. He provided a prompt, detailed report that was extremely helpful and thorough. I felt he was working hard and spent a long time inspecting to ensure he didn't miss anything and that he noted all defects with our future home. Definitely will recommend him as a home inspector to friends and family.

I am a firm believer that you get what you pay for and why would you skimp on something as important as your home inspection for the largest purchase you will make!

Great Experience!
The inspector arrived before us. He was VERY thorough, professional and knowledgeable and did not miss a beat! He showed us things that the sellers needed to repair and things we can do to help maintain the new home once we take possession. He also ended he inspection with "If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to contact us" and he gave us his card! Of all the home inspectors we have EVER had in 22 years.....BY FAR....ROBERT WAS THE BEST! Kudos to Ameripro for having such AWESOME employees! I also referred Ameripro to my son a few weeks later!

A family member that lives out of state has an upcoming job transfer, so they have started the home buying process here. Since I am local, I volunteered (like the upstanding family member that I am) to help in this process as much as possible. One of the things I have done is help coordinate, and attend, the property inspection.
