I was very happy with this company. Very professional, reliable, friendly, and thorough. Their price is reasonable compared to this type of company in general. They are quick to answer questions and give explanations. They were a great choice. My builder sent a crew out the very next day after receiving the report and handled the majority of the issues. This was the easiest and fastest turn-around I've seen in a LONG time. My call was for a 4 pt house inspection and wind mitigation report.
The team arrived on time and got straight to work. They completed the inspection quickly and with professionalism. The report came on the day promised. L L Spencer has performed my home inspection on 3 houses and without fail he has found discrepancies that would have cost me more money than I would have been willing to spend.
