I’ve been living here since October of 2020 and love it. Management and staff are super nice and very attentive. The few times we’ve needed something fixed in the apartment, it’s so easy to submit a request and the maintenance team is very quick to respond and show up. The building and units have been newly renovated and the amenities are great. Peloton bikes in the gym are a big plus in my book :)

I think observer park has been doing a great job trying to keep the community happy with the world changing so rapidly due to a pandemic. The staff has been responsive and helpful to our wants and needs. The common spaces are kept in great condition since they’ve reopened and I feel comfortable using them again

I was shocked when I saw this place had more than 4 stars. THAT IS ABSURD. The dusty hallways and you can smell the cigarette sometimes. Bad maintenance... the building looks like at least 40 years... It looks like a luxury apartment but they don’t even have a cart... and hard to park your vehicle of course... Also, it is extremely noisy from daytime to midnight if you live direction is south... because it is near to railways and Hoboken terminal. In the unit, the wall outlet will suddenly not work... I doubt it goes short circuit... I doubt if you can live safely here... Also, the maintenance

Observer Park is the best! The outdoor patio is so modern and the staff is amazing. Outdoor yoga classes, clean gym, and great facility overall. Anthony and Jay (leasing managers) were so helpful and great to work with when moving in. I truly feel at home here and am excited to be resigning in the fall.
