600 Harrison is a new apartment complex in phenomenal condition. Located at the heart of Hoboken with access to the light rail, ferry, and citi bike docks. The manager (Kim) in the building is a pleasure to get along with. Gym is my favorite part of the amenities its gorgeous with an outstanding view of of the courtyard as well. Much quieter scene here in Hoboken with easy access to the city! Highly recommend to anyone contemplating a move.

For price, quality, and location, 600 Harrison is the best option in Hoboken. I say this because my gf and I spent months combing listings online in the area and always felt like we had to compromise significantly on one of the above- price, quality, or location. With 600 Harrison we have a beautiful place at a price we can afford and feel like we have the COMPLETE support of management. Dennis specifically was outstanding. He helped each step of the way and was always a eager and willing to work with us to make our move experience great. I can’t say enough how happy we are and would recommend

Where to start with this. The apartments aren’t bad. The location isn’t great but the price is reasonable. Be careful with the ownership. They will not work with you or make your life better. They made me sign a longer lease than I was comfortable with to allow me to stay. Then when I tried to work with them they were terrible. They didn’t work with me or try and make it easier. They do not care about the tenants at all. I would tell people to avoid this apartment building at all costs. There are way better options in Hoboken.

Terrible. 25 minute walk from the PATH, inconsistent shuttle service, paper thin walls and it's adjacent to the housing projects. Constantly police sirens and disruptions plus noise from the light rail that runs directly behind the buildings. I moved out almost a year ago and STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY SECURITY DEPOSIT. So many other buildings in Hoboken with superior location, amenities and management. Avoid it.

Can’t help but echo a fellow tenants comments about the management of this building. Besides the lady who does the trash and cleaning, who is awesome management has been completely absent and tardy (and that’s being kind). From day 1 our move in was completely forgotten about, we have several issues with our bathrooms, and have floorboards buckling. Missing dumbbells from the weight room, unresponsive virtual doormen, the list goes on.
That’s all before the noise. It sounds like a sorority/fear house every night in my apartment. The duct for the laundry runs directly up to my neighbors living

I was one of the first tenants in this building and have lived here for the past 2 years. I've experienced many of the issues raised in previous reviews, mostly related to very poor management. The building has recently transitioned to a new management company that has been extremely attentive and responsive, addressing many of the previous problems and implementing proactive measures to prevent future issues. Looking forward to this continuation.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. The building management staff is unbelievably useless. They do not respond any sort of requests. If and when you are able to get in contact with them, they are incompetent and unprofessional. You will never get maintenance requests, billing issues, general questions, etc. resolved. The neighborhood is loud, particularly with police activity at all hours of the night. The "virtual doorman" doesn't always answer. The shuttle is unreliable. Neighbors do not clean up after their dogs. The elevator (among everything else) breaks constantly. For the rent that they try

Management is god awful. rarely can get an answer from them and the only time you can is when something on their side goes wrong and they need you to do something about it. they’ll try to rob you of your security deposit as well - came to take out a light switch and left a big spackle grey spot then charged us 50% or deposit to fix it when we moved out. I lived there for a year and wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy. Would give them 0 stars if they’d let me

I've tried contacting the management office 3X for a tour... It's been over a week and zero response. After reading the rest of the reviews, I see its a common occurrence for the management to ghost their residents. As the client, I shouldn't be the one hunting them down to give them MY MONEY. I'll go elsewhere.

RENTERS BEWARE. If I could give this property 0 stars I would, simply because Greystar does such a poor job managing the building. My boyfriend and I fell in love with this property during our tour and couldn't wait to live here but have regretted choosing this building since the day we moved in. The fact that this is a brand new building and we are the first to live in the unit was a huge reason we chose 600 Harrison but due to shotty contractor work and an absent management company we wish we looked elsewhere.
