The Courtyard at Jefferson is always kept clean and well maintained. Every morning I see workers mopping the lobby floor or cleaning the glass doors, and I appreciate the care that the workers take to make the building look nice. I have made a few service requests since moving in and everything has been dealt with in a timely manner. I have really enjoyed living here so far!

Building is very clean, despite being very pet friendly. Shuttle takes residents to and from the Path, which is very convenient. The building provides quarterly breakfast for residents. Outdoor space ( courtyard) is very nice. Could use updated grills ( they are charcoal). Parking under building is convenient for guests as well.
